Hello..
My insurance does not cover infertility treatments either. I just had the HSG test done today, with a follow-up right after with my RE.. going over the results and an ultrasound done. The cost for today was $1000. I do not know how much of that was just the test vs. the office visit, but i'm assuming the test was the bulk of it.
Our insurance provider offers infertility coverage, but my husbands employer did not opt to get it so therefore we don't have the option. It's so very frustrating.. Cost is a big issue.. We're just hoping we can have success without needing IVF, etc.. but if we do we'll find a way, I'm not giving up!
