me - 33 tubal factor (ruptured appendix in '04)
DH - 32 perfect in every way, super swimmers
TTC since 12/06
IUI #1 - on 1/18/08
IVF #1 - (Lupron Flare Protocol) on 3/24/08 (ectopic), 2 frozen blasts.
Removal of R tube - 6/23/08 (due to hydrosalpinx)
IVF #2 - (Antagonist Protocol) on 8/29/08, 3 frozen embroys.
