Hi,

I am sorry about your AMH #'s. I went through the same thing, my AMH level was 4. I was 35 at the time too. I went on thinking that maybe there would be a chance for me. They told me that it didn't look good.

I went on because I had 9 follies and on day of ER they only got one immature egg. I am not trying to tell you not to do this, but if you pay out of pocket i would definately talk to your RE about your chances and or options before you spend anything further.

I was sooo disappointed with everything that I had been through I was hoping and praying for a miracle, but I had to come to grips with the fact that a low AMH does mean that there is a greater chance of having very few and even no eggs to retrieve. I learned the hard way. I am not saying that this is the same as your situation, but I would advise that you talk to your doctor about what your numbers are and the chances that you will have anything to retrieve.

I truly hope for you all the best. and a very soon.

Amy
