I have PCOS and have had problems in the past with constant spotting and AF. Another sign/symptom of PCOS is that your LH is high and the LH/FSH ratio is not 1:1. LH is the hormone that OPK stick is looking for, and due to this, women with PCOS often cannot use OPK to see when they are ovulating. I have tried using OPK's and always see a second line.
Only your Dr can dianosis this, and I hope you get some answers from him/her!!
