TTC w/Fibroids

Hello:

Ok, so I have fibroids, and Im trying to conceive. I need help! Any suggestions? Anyone out there with fibroid pregnancies?
I have 5 of em...big ones at that. TTC before having a myomectomy. Been trying for like a year now, to no avail. No previous pregnancies, this will be a first time.
