Any advice welcome

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since April of 2004. The doctors say we are both fine and to come back in a couple of monthes if we are pregnant to do some other tests. I don't want to because right now I don't feel comfortable taking drugs, intro, etc. I feel that if we can't get pregnant without that help I don't know if I wnat to get pregnant. I'm just fed up with everything about it. Any advice anyone could give would be very much appreciated.

Understandable, for many reasons, why some people don't feel compelled toward the traditional "western" medication route of fertility treatment.

Before you throw in the towel, do this: investigate "natural fertility" (do a websearch of the term and see what you find) to make sure you and yours aren't missing any boats that are passing you by in the dark. Most people find amazing all the many aspects involved in conception, aside from "we love each other and we have sex"...

Then, consider "alternative" or "complementary" treatments. There's a gigantic boom right now toward such therapies, most of them stemming from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

If a little more detailed info on how to get pregnant doesn't do it for you, it's possible that other kinds of treatment may.

Hi there,
I was very nervous with the thought myself of taking Chlomid in the beginning, but I took chlomid for 9 months and was delighted to find out I was pregnant, especially after all those months of waiting to take those tests and being dissapointed over & over again. I had felt the same fustration that I would never get pregnant. @ 11 weeks I went in for an ultrasound and the babies heart beat had stopped. It has been a month and a half since then and I will start the Chlomid again in about a month. These treatments are not for everyone but after feeling that joy I have decided to give it another go. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
