I am new here

Been ttc for 15 months. This is my 4th cycle of clomid. I had an HSG test last Wed and it cleared a blockage in my Right tube. I am ovulating now and it feels like there are rocks in my stomach. Is this because of the clomid and my tubes being clear for the first time or is it an infection from the HSG?

I had no idea what I was in for with the HSG it was so painful!!!
