Unhappy I'm not Ovulating!!!!

Well, another setback. I use the creighton model fertility family planning method and used two weeks worth (day 9-23) of ovulation predictors and got nothing! Started AF day 24 and it was normal (as close to normal as i can get). Fertility friend (instructor for creighton model) thinks it is just the depo wearing off but an ultrasound a few months ago showed a mature egg! Very frustrated but trying not to stress too much about it. I have been off depo for six months now (twice as long as my previous gyn wanted me to) and thought I would be getting back to normal by now!!! What is my next step? I am tired of waiting!

If you have not had a full workup with a Reproductive Endocrinologist (fertility Dr.) I think this should be your next step. Good luck.

Thanks, I am just a reck right now not really knowing anything and everyone around me saying that I have plenty of time--I have been told that I don't and that leaving the endometriosis untreated could lead to more problems than what I have experienced. I just don't want to go back to those problems again and have my system messed up even more with scar tissue and blocked tubes. It just makes me nervous.

Congrats on the BFP Slobin!!! and twins at that!!! I am a twin and I will let you know that the fights are worse than with other siblings but there is always someone there to fall back on--boy did we ever fall back on eachother during the hard times!!! I have gotten a taste of motherhood with her two kids even though I have had all this trouble. I couldn't imagine my life without her!!! My prayers are with you and hope everything goes well!!!

Kelli,

Thank you so much! I think it's better to be aggressive and not waste any time no matter your age.

My fingers are crossed for you and I sure hope it all works out.
