Hey everyone,

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Now, I am new enough to not remember you. But can I ask why the giving up? (You don't have to answer, I am just a worrier and would worry about you for quite a while just knowing you had given up)

I'm on year #4 now as we ring in the month of December. I've been around since June and don't really remember you either. What, if anything, is your diagnosis for your infertility? Are you stopping mainly because of all the time you've put into it, money, insurance, etc.? We are close but I just can't give up hope, I believe in miracles. I'm currently saving (it's going very slow) for adoption but we are still doing what we can naturally.

oh Christina...your post breaks my heart, I certainly know where you are coming from and sometimes the heartache can be too much to handle. I only can hope that you are OK and wish I could scoop everybody up in this forum to build a community living together. A community that understands how difficult this is to face. My only thing that keeps me going is reading the miracles that do happen on this board. If it can happen for somebody else, it can happen for me. If this "miracle" does not happen for us, I only hope that we can live a happy life. I never was much of a religious person, but I find myself praying for strength. I pray you find it too.

Big,
I love your idea. Do you know how many times my heart breaks with others on this site? I just want so badly to fly to wherever they are and hug them, listen to them, cry with them, whatever I can do. Having a community living situation would be a great idea! As far as praying for strength know that God hears all your prayers. "In all things, through prayer and supplication, let your requests be known to God." "In Christ, all things are possible."

Christina - I agree with BiggSista - you do what you feel is best for you. and if you change your mind and want to go for it, we will be here to cheer you on.
I too have thought the same thing. We too are about to go on our 7th year of TTC, up until now we were just BD to try, now we realize we have to have the Dr. do his magic to help. I too have thought, wouldn't it be wonderful to have like a gathering, I had even pictured us with our "HELLO MY NAME IS...." stickies on. LOL This forum has the best thing for me, I am so glad I googled and found you all. Merry Christmas.
