Hi, everyone. DH and I have been TTC since February 2006 (15 months). His SA came back great, as did my HSG. All my levels are fine, I have regular cycles, and I have yet to have an anovulatory cycle. My doctor said there really isn't a reason we haven't conceived. I am currently on my second round of 50 mg Clomid, and I've been using Pre-Seed this go around. I am currently on CD16. I have always ovulated by CD14, but nada just yet. Anyone on Clomid ever experience delayed ovulation?? My temps are still down and I get negatives on the Ovulation Predicters. Anyway, that's all (almost!!!) about my crazy TTC journey. Amanda!!! I have been on clomid, oh about 8x now, and I always seem to O late, usually around CD16-CD18. I wouldn't worry to much-keep checking.

Have you had any b/w done (autoimmune, blood disorders, etc)?

Thanks, jencat. I've had more blood taken out of me than I thought was there!! I'm completely normal....well, physically, anway!

Welcome to the forum. Looks like you might be stuck with the unfortunate term of "unexplained infertility" but take hope in the success of clomid in some women. I didn't experience a delay in ovulation when I was on clomid but the biggest thing to remember in all of this is that everyone is different so you can't base your experience on someone else's. Are you with your OB still or a reproductive endocrinologist?

I am still with my OB. She said she wants me to do 5 cycles of Clomid (I'm on my second now). She said after that, she wants us to try an IUI. Then, if THAT doesn't work, move on to an RE for IVF.

My temp SOARED today, so I probably ovulated yesterday, and you'd think that would be good news. But DH and I couldn't BD the last 2 days. Never had a + OPK, nor fertile cervical mucus. But, every time we BDed, we did use Pre-Seed.

Good luck, if you are still with your OBGYN make sure they are watching you throughout your cycle so you are making good use of the clomid. If it doesn't work, move on to something else.
