would like some advice.

I am just coming off the depo shot after being on it for roughly a year, and would like to TTC as soon as possible. I've read that people often have problems TTC after getting off the depo shot. Is there any way to increase my chances of conceiving as we would like to start trying soon. Any help would certainly be appreciated!
