Hello All! My name is Laura and I am 23 years old, and yes I am trying to conceive! I was diagnosed with PCOS in this past March and my husband and I are on our third round of Clomid with IUI. Now we are just at that Two Week Wait!!!

I would love to get some feedback from all of you. My doctor told me if this cycle doesn't work he wants to try injectibles, however I am nto sure if that leads to IVF or not. I really woudl rather stay away from IVF if possible, as I fear the cost (my insurance doesnt' cover it) and I would like to get pregnant a little more naturally if possible.

I look forward to hearing back from all of you and thank you in advance for your help and thoughts!

Welcome Laura, nice to have you on the forum. Best of luck on this IUI. How are you responding? I started trying at 21 and there are others in their 20s on here so you aren't alone. I know I had plenty of people tell me "it'll happen, you are still so young" or "live life first" but I wouldn't have changed a thing. Five years later I now have a beautiful 12 week old. And believe me when I say he's worth everything we endured. As for getting pregnant naturally, and I don't know how this will work with PCOS and I don't have that, but we used Fertility Blend from GNC. They are natural supplements that help put you in the best "reproductive health" and they make a formula for men and for women. Might be something worth looking into and mentioning to your doctor. It's definitely cheaper then fertility treatments.
