New
Hi ladies, this is new to me so I`ll introduce myself
I'm Jen, I'm 27, 28 in March... Married for 2 years this October, together for 5 TTC for almost 2 years Hobbies include reading, cooking, watching TV and wasting time on the internet, cycling, shopping, and everything to do with moving, we just moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada from another province! (which answers the next question...) Favourite shows are How I Met Your Mother, Two and a Half Men, and the Office Favourite author - Leo Tolstoy, but favourite books are "The Red Tent" by Anita Diamant, and "The Kite Runner" Favourite vacation was our honeymoon to Bali, Indonesia, 2 weeks plus a stopover in Hong Kong - it was amazing! Currently on d7 after a 26 day cycle (shortest cycle to date is 28, average is 29 to 33, as long as 35), which gave us some false home that it was implantation bleeding Maybe it was the stress from moving that made me ovulate earlier than usual...Anyways, excited to be on here with other "young women who just need to be patient` and SHOULD be in their prime conceiving years, because apparently we`re supposed to wait until we`re even LESS likely to conceive before seeking solutions, arg! Clearly frustrated at being told to just wait a few months between every little test, even though I KNEW I had endo (my mom had it and we had the same symptoms, but my dr. didn`t believe me until she went in and found it by diagnostic lap), and she only did that AFTER we had NO success at all for over a year and a half! Now it`s been over 6 months since being diagnosed, and HOPEFULLY I`m headed to a fertility specialist in a few weeks... Also keep getting told not to worry about it, relax and it`ll happen, besides youre still So YOUNG! Not so young when you want a big clan... To which I also get the `just wait until you have one, THEN see how many you want`. Well if we wait until we`re 35 then we won`t have much choice - why can`t people just accept that everyone`s dreams are different, and let us eat our own words when or if we ever get there, rather than be insensitive to the situation with ignorant remarks like that... Here`s praying for ![]()
