Hello and My only advice is to make an appt with an RE (Reproductive Endocronologist) if you haven't already. They specialize in fertility issues. I don't know much about PCOS but many of the other girls here do. Has your dr told you what you need to do-medication, IUI, etc?

You have definitely come to the right place for advice. The ladies on this forum are full of great advice and support.

Also, under the "causes of infertility" section of the forum, there is a PCOS link. You might want to pose your question there.
