FET Cost
Hi Everyone, I was blessed that IVF worked for me and we were able to have a baby girl on 2-12-08.
The problem now is more then a year has passed since I had a FET done and I just received my 1st bill from the doctor office. My insurance did not cover all the bills which I thought might happen but since more then a year had pass I thought we got lucky. We have no problem paying the bill over several months of course. The issue is we have frozen embryos and don't want to continue to pay storage fee's ontop of the amount we already owe. We don't have IVF insurance anymore and are considering financing the FET. I think my insurance possible will cover the blood work any maybe the sono's but I was wondering does anyone know what the actual procedure cost. The thawing and implantation?

Me: Pushing 31 PCOS, Diabetes Inspidus, and I only have my left ovary and tube my right was taken out at the age of 9 due to ovarian cyst that rupture. DH: 36, Sperm count a little on the low side 1/10/07: 1st IVF cycle 2/27: Water Sono 3/5: D&C 3/6: Started Meds for IVF 3/18: Egg Retrieval 29 eggs 3/21: Implantation Cancel due to hyper stimulation 5/2: Started Provera 5/13: Got my period 5/25: Cervial Suture 5/30: FET 2 embryos grown to blastocycst (I have 7 embryos still Frozen) 6/11: 1st Beta Prog=22 not sure about HCG  6/13: 2nd Beta Prog=26.7 HCG 1,222 6/18: 3rd Beta Prog= 25.4 HCG greater then 5,000 6/25: Prog=28.2 baby heart was beating BPM 117 I found out I am 6 weeks .50cm  7/2: Prog=35 no more progestrone shots phew baby heart BPM 152 1.02cm 7/9: Prog=18.2 back on progestrone shots  baby heart BPM 172 1.33cm 7/16: Prog=Over 40 taken off the shots I go back on 7/23 if everything looks okay this will be my last appt 2nd FET 7/18 - Started Provera for 10 days
