Really it took me 3 years...2 with fertility help one on my own. If I only new what I know now. I would have pushed my OBGYN much harder and went to an RE sooner. My OBGYN was really bad the #2 time..I am in Chicago if anyone wants not to use her. I had a c-section not planned when she was on vacation and SHE never followed up with me. I think that is just wrong.

Me: 36-none known had a baby in 05 (easy) DH:38-Good Almost 2 years trying Started all fertility testing in Nov. 2007 ON TO IVF after 2 months clomid, 2 IUIs w/ no meds, 2 IUIs w/ clomid. 1 failed IVF. IVF JOURNEY 2008: 10/2-stims start us/good 10/05-US & bld wrk 10/07-20 follies E2 1213 ER 10/12 -Sunday 14 found, 8 fert. (2 2ab, 2bb 8cell frozen) 10/17 -Friday Transfer 2 (both 3bb 8cell) 10/27-BFN 11/3- start BCP, FSH 6 11/17 -Lupron, One more fresh round for back up 11/25-start stims 12/05 -ER 17 follies, 12 (good) Evacuated and Dancing! 12/06 7 fert. 12/08 ET on 3 day transfer  , none frozen (but still have 2 from last time)3 transferred,3 all grade 1, 2 6cell and 1 8cell. 12/22 - the big test! 12/16-I think I see a faint line 8DPT 12/19-HPT looks + 12/21-#1 BETA-1042- 12/23-#2 BETA-3240 12/26-#3 BETA-7140 12/31-US- 1 sac found,BETA 20,050 01/08-heartbeat 128!!! 7 weeks today! 01/23-Exit with Re all good! 9weeks. Testing with OBGYN-waiting for results! Due Date 8/24

we've been trying since december last year. had one miscarriage since then. and back on the ttc wagon as of this month

ds was born 7-07 after a few months we were ready for #2(since he took 5 years to conceive) but after a year and a half with no af i sought out a RE and have been with them since jan 09...keep running into roadblocks...good luck ladies

met 2001 married 2005 anovulatory, no menses no way! 11-06  DS born 7-07 (perfect) DH 30(is perfect  )myself 30(not so much) HSG 3-09 left hydrosalpinx,hypothyroidism, pcos ovaries actively ttc with re jan 09 3 failed clomid cycles, 1 bfp clomid/iui cycle 6-22-09 beta 26  progesterone dropped6-26-09  injectible/iui#1 follistim/lupron 9-09 over stimmed injectible/iui #1 (take 2) 9-09 follies 16.3, 11.5, e2 243 iui 10-12(31mil),10-13(50mil) start progesterone10-14 beta 10-26  11-11 lap,l/s salpingectomy/hysteroscopy dye test shows no hydrosalpinx??  11-17 post-op all is well begin provera 11-18 20 units of lupron begin 11-21  due 11-24ish annual gyn exam as well(oh the indignity of it all)dec follistim iui jan 2010 ivf

I am new to this site, so hello to all! We will be starting the process of IVF in january/february 2010 to try to have a 2nd child. Our daughter was born in April 2003 thanks to IVF. We were unsure whether or not to try again as it is a roller-coaster-however, we feel that our daughter is old enough now and we have good supportive friends and family. GOOD LUCK and MANY BLESSINGS to all who are going through this arduous process
