Hello,
I have been trying to conceive a second child for over two years. I had a C-Section with my first and a couple of months ago did lap. surgery where my Dr. removed a very small amount of endometriosis and flushed both of my tubes. My husband has been tested and he's fine. I was on Clomid for almost a year - and some Progesterone. I quit the meds a month ago because every time I found out I was not pregnant I'd be devistated. I thought the meds were not helping. I did ovulate normally this past month but do not think I'm pregnant. The problem is, about 3 days after I ovulate I start to get cramping that continues until I get my period - I also get low back pain, neck stiffness and some headaches. The Dr. said maybe I had a cyst that is not concerning but results in the discomfort. I am just having such a hard time. |

Hi - Thanks so much for the email. I have not seen a RE yet - I have been seeing a gyno who has a lot of experience with fertility. I will likely go to an RE, but my husband and I have agreed to try a few months naturally since I was on the Clomid for so long. It's just that the cramping seems to go on for so long that I spend most of each month knowing I am not pregnant and having to wait several weeks to try again. I'm down today because the cramping is especially bad today. Thanks for the post and for making me feel welcome...

Paige!!!I would recommend making an appt with an RE which sometimes may take a while to schedule and that would be something to look forward to in the meantime while trying. |
