questions on IUI nad feeling achy

Hi I just had some questions about me having an IUI on cycle day 18 and if feeling achy was normal. Even after the CLomid I was achy like I was going to start my cycle. This is my first time doing any of this. I have two girls 10 and 13. I just wanted to have one more. Do you think we have a good chance because they had to wash his sperm twice. I thought that didn't sound good. I am supposed to start my cycle on Friday the 22nd.
