Thanks guys for all the positive words..I am feeling pretty sore but happy that we made it through this step. Mindi, I know the wait is hard..we have the same issue with the cysts. In some ways it was nice, it allows you to get your mind off of it for a bit.

Beth, thanks for the advice..On some ways I think its a good thing to wait until the news is correct..I am praying that lots of eggie are fertilized

Tamar: Congrats on all of your eggs!

For my update, I am 5 weeks pregnant and my 1st beta was on May 5, 2008 and was 922. I go in on May 19 for an ultra sound

Hi Ladies, we received the call from the lab today and only 3 of our 12 eggs made it to fertilization. At first I was dissapointed but after looking at it it is good to know why we have not been getting pregnant, it's all abot quality. The good news is that we still have 3 grade 2 eggs that were fertilized. We are going to transfer all of them tommorow. The lab said they were doing well so we are trying to hope for the best! The lab said they still get lots of pregnancies from grade 2's. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I forgot to mention that we are doing assisted hatching. I am hoping this adds a little oomph to our eggies...

Tamar, Well, what is the latest? Did you have your e/t yesterday? We are anxiously awaiting for an update.

For a bit of encouragement, my cousin who had cancer of some kind (I think female related) did IVF with only 3 embies. It was her only shot at getting pregnant, and it worked. She got one little baby boy, who is just turned 2 last month. So, I have a good feeling that 3 is a lucky number.

Hu guys, we transferred three embabies yesterday and we have another three that they are watching. All three were grade 2, 2 five cell, one 4 cell..our doctor uses a 3 grade system. A little weirdness is that the first day none of my eggs fertilized so they had to remix them with dh sperm the next morning. We ended up with 6 out of 10 mature eggs that fertilized.My re says this is most likely related to the age of my eggs...I have been hanging out at home yesterday and today and trying to be positive about getting pregnant. dh has been so wonderful and supportive and I really think this is bringing us closer. I have to admit at first I was dissapointed that we didn't have any grade 1's but at my age I know this is just not realistic. The fact that I was able to produce 13 eggs in the first place I think is pretty unusual..

Anyway, I've been thinking about all of you guys and appreciate your support

Tamar - wow 13 eggs is alot. I would only get 4- 5 if I was lucky. Relax and take it easy the
next few days. I'm praying this works for you!

Hi guys, I am feeling a little disheartened. I am 5 days past my 3 day transfer...and don't feel anything....a lttle cramping a couple of days ago but thats it. My last pregnancy I had a little implantation bleeding. Have any of you had a pregnancy were you felt this way?:

Tamar- That is exactly how it was for me. I had a little cramping off and on, then nothing. I never had any implantation bleeding. Don't worry, I know easier said than done. When do you go for your beta? Are you going to POAS?
