Hi Taka --
My RE transferred 4 embryos this time. They were all well-developed blastocysts. The embryologist goes to great pains to avoid telling us grades. (I am 42 and my husband is 45)

Lost half my blood volume. Blessed to be here. 2008 02/08 IVF #1 5 blast, 3 xferred, 0 to freeze BFN 05/08 IVF #2 11 blast, 4 xferred, 0 to freeze BFN 06/08 IVF #3 6/19 ER 18 retrieved, 12 fertilized, 8 blast 6/24 ET 4 xferred 0 to freeze 7/03 Beta 1 60 7/07 Beta 2 519 7/14 Beta 3 8053 7/21 Beta 4 -- anyone else doing 4 or more betas? 7/24 U/S appointment, but only because I called to ask....maybe I am pushing it? Ticker Craze: Trying to decide which one I like best

Hi Gals,
I'm a little dissapointed. We went in for an antal follie count and while we had 13, one was very 31mm which meant we had a cyst. The re wants us to wait another three weeks to make sure that it is gone before we move forward with another ivf cycle. While I understand, it is frustruating... Onemiracle, you are giving me hope!

Taka - Wow, I am glad I can give back! As you can see, it took me a long time to get up the nerve to post here - and I am so pleased I did. Heh, I must be settling in... my signature keeps getting longer.
 It is good your RE wants your "house to be in order" before starting another cycle. You just never know what might be hiding out behind a cyst. (Just ask my fallopian tube. Oh, wait, can't do that because it is gone.) I'm rooting for ya!
