I have researched this egg donor program and it does exist. Thanks to you and others on this site I have found a hospital that participates. I live in Pennsylvania and I called Milton S. Hershey Medical Center College of Medicine. I talked with the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.
I just want to say thank you for the information you posted because I was able to find another option for having a baby.
