Did you get dizzy after accupuncture?

I had my first accupuncture treatment today and when I stood up, I felt dizzy. Since then I have had several dizzy spells. Did any of you have this experience?

I usually feel dizzy right when I get up but not after that. I was off of work for three days because I was dizzy and the doctor told me it was part of a virus going around.
