My son is here!!!
I just wanted to let some of my old friends on here know that I adopted a baby boy!! He was born on January 25th, I am finally a mom and it is just so exciting. This is our first night with him and though I am scared I feel that its not real...

OH JACKIE!!! I was thinking of you the other day...this news makes me so so very happy! What a wonderful blessing. I am so excited for you. What did you name your precious little one? How much did he weigh? Enjoy every second of motherhood, it goes by so fast. The first few weeks can be rough, so make sure and let us know if you need some advice or suggestions. YAY!!!

 TTC #1 for 2.5+ years ME: (Amy) 28, tubal damage DH: (Chris) 30, perfect! 3 IUI cycles cancelled due to a # of problems & 1 cycle resulting in BFN 1/12 BFP on natural cycle,ectopic pregnancy ended 1/23/07 1st IVF: 2/7- ER- 17 eggies!! 2/10-ET 2 8-cell 6dp3dt, 7dp3dt hpt=  God is so good! Betas: 2/22= 170, 2/25= 499, 2/29=2857 1st u/s 3/13 (My wedding anniversary!) 140 BEAUTIFUL bpm! 2nd u/s 3/27 - WOW! The growth is amazing! 182 bpm U/S 5/27/08 GO TEAM BLUE!!! OMG THEY WERE WRONG! We've switched teams...we're now THINKING PINK!!!   Going for baby #2! FET October 6th - BFN I realize I'm blessed beyond measure, and I have tons of faith that God has more blessings in store for me...gotta keep on trying! Jackie, congratulations. I know this was a long time coming but I hope that as you look at your son's precious face you can now say "it was all worth it for you!" I'm so thrilled that you are finally a mommy and I know without a doubt that your little boy is going to be loved more then he could have ever imagined. Can't wait for more details! Congratulations!

Yeah, Jackie!! It's certainly been a long journey and it's so great to hear of such a wonderfully happy end. You deserve it! I know your little boy (Finn?) will be very much loved and adored. Congratulations!! Post pics when you can. The first month or two are challenging...If you need anything we're here for you.

Awe Thanks so much everyone...I wasn't sure anyone on here would remember me..well his name got changed from Finn to Haiden Patrick, he was 6 lbs 5 oz and I am overwhelmed with love..its the craziest thing in the world and I know the long wait 3 1/2 years or so, was all worth it now...I will post some pics later on, going to nap, the first night home was a tough one b/c he didn't feel like sleeping too much!! Hope all is well with you guys..miss you!

jackie, i love the name that you chose!! of course we remember you. you sound so so happy...i love it! those first few weeks are rough. lily loves to be swaddled and it really helped her sleep better. google the miracle blanket...it works!!

Jackie...if you don't already have a miracle blanket call me and I'll borrow you mine. (Maybe they can have their 1st play date
 ). Adrian doesn't really care for it...I regret not putting him in it right away. I think I waited too long and now he doesn't want to be confined. It looks so darned cute though!!
