It is a pretty neat story hu? We really haven't shared our IVF history with our family so I haven't shared that story with very many people! Thanks guys!
Anyway, if I had insurance that covered IVF I would do it as many times as they covered! until I started to go insane, which I think would be about at 2 or 3! Prayers to you and your DH and I will keep checking in to follow your story too! Thanks Jen, your right full circle! God is GREAT! Andrea

I have heard of these loans as well. You certainly will be paying interest until you get your tax refund, but a few hundred compared to thousands isn't so bad; however, if the tax credit is only aprox. 11k, sometimes adoptions can be a lot more, even more than 20k.
Anna, I can't believe your husband's company pays for IVF, I didn't think there were any more in Wisco, I know my neighbor worked for an insurance company about four years back when they did IVF and it was covered. It worked with a FET after the second fresh cycle. Her company discountinued the benefits though and they adopted the second time and they are sooo happy with that decision. I am in Appleton are you nearby?

Anastasia,
I'm actually in Waukesha, but my mom grew up in Appleton and I still have family up there. I actually went to college at UW-Oshkosh. My husband works for a local bank. It's almost worth changing jobs and just being a teller to get this one benefit. We have paid maybe about $6,000 so far for both IVF cycles and all the meds we've used. It is truly a blessing to be able to afford this while we are so young. The company is actually being bought by a different bank at the end of the year, so I don't know if our benefits will change. I'm hoping it will all be over by then, though. Jen, I think it's a great thing to have your story out there for everyone to see. I think the more you talk about it with family members, the more they are educated and the more you feel the healing process progressing. At least I know that is how I feel.

Anna, It is a small world isn't it? Well, I really hope that this next IVF works for you, keep us posted.
Jen and Anna, My life is an open book too. Sometimes I wish we would have been a little more closed mouth about the whole thing, but I do think it is good to educate people about IF and how it affects your life.

AF arrived today!!!!! I'm so excited that it finally is here! I never knew it could make me so happy! My RE appointment is Monday. I'm hoping to start Follistim next week. I love that everything is starting to progress. It seemed like I was in a standstill for awhile.
