Can anyone help??
Hi my name is Rosa and I'm new to this site. I was wondering if anyone can tell me when I ovulated by looking at this chart. My cycle is usually 32 days and now im 4 days over. I spotted for a day on CD 32 but nothing now. please help

Hi! I have absolutley NO clue - BUT, I would suggest registering for this free website - it helps you predict ovulation - you have to put in your days and temps and such..... I found it VERY helpful AND educational!

I know since ive been charting also use OPK's..that helps kinda give u an idea.....Have u taken a pg test?
