What Do You Make of This?

This is our first time charting even though we have been trying to conceive for a year.

What do you guys think of this chart?

Hmm, that's an interesting chart...it's hard to tell what's going on without more context though. How long is your cycle normally? Are you charting CM? It looks like you could've ovulated on day 21, but like I said, it's hard to tell without more info.

I don't know what you're using to chart, but Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com is a great resource.

Im actually the husband so i really am not sure about the CM. We do use fertilityfriend and it said that ovulation was on day 21. I didn't know how accurate that software is though. I was thinking it could have been a couple of days before that also and there was one low temp reading for some reason.

My wife has always been irregular. So has gone as long as 40 something days to 28 days. It has steadied out a little towards 28 days recently but she gets really stressed b/c she is a first year 1st grade teacher. We have been trying to conceive for close to a year with no luck. We are going to see a fertility specialists later this month. Im worried that maybe she has a SLP.

Thanks for replying.

Edit: i might not that she a couple of days ago she got an eye infection but besides that she has been fine.

edit again: below is an updated chart

Looking at yesterday's chart, I had agreed with Fertility Friend about ovulation on day 21. But looking at the updated chart today, in my untrained, unprofessional opinion that you should take with a grain of salt, it looks like an anovulatory cycle. If that's the case, if you haven't done so already, do a google search on PCOS. I wonder if she has any of the symptoms...

And I think it's great that you guys are going to see someone. I can't imagine how difficult it would be to go through this and be around cute little kids everyday!

Best of luck to you!

thanks for the help...i will look into it

edit: really the only sign she has is being irregular. Well she is a little overweight but not in the obese range according to her BMI.

Her temp this morning was back up to 97.03

Holy schneike! I didn't notice her actual temps until you wrote that she had gone "up" to 97.03, but dang, she's running chilly! Again, take this with a grain of salt, but I just read about low bbts being indicative of hypothyroidism. Something else to look into with Dr. Google...

she does have some of the symptoms of the thyroid disease. Her grandmother also has thyroid problems.

Here is an update. The latest temp might be a little high b/c we took the temp at 6:15 this morning but she had to get up to use the restroom about an hour and a half before that.

Wow, that's a heckuva rise. That bathroom break 1.5 hours beforehand probably wouldn't make a difference as long as she went back to bed, but if 6:15 is later than normal, that could explain it too.

If it's not much later, then maybe she ovulated on day 26 this month. That could explain why the chart looks so wacky, but I guess you won't know that until you get high temps for the next few days.

well we went out of town and forgot to bring our thermometer so we have two days missing but this mornings was the same as our last reading. The wife says she is having weird cramps higher than normal and her back hurts. He CM is very wet. Im not sure what is going on. It would be odd that she would have ovulated this late in her cycle.

6.2.doc

She went ahead a tested today b/c we need to get rid of some tests since it is half way through the year and we have barely used our flexible spending account. So really they are already paid for. I was pretty sure it would be a BFN and it was. By looking at this chart do you think she ovulated on DPO 21 or 26? Either way i know it is too early to test. When do you recommend testing?
