BBT Oral or Vaginal?

I've heard that taking bbt vaginally can be more accurate. Last month I tried it (first time charting in years) but it seemed to be more of a hassle. Any thoughts?

Also, need to vent that charting again really makes me grumpy and obsessed! Seems like I'm always looking for a magic sign, or answers to my issues - every day!! Waking up thinking about it and tracking everything on paper makes me crazy!

Me 35 (unexplained)
Dh 34 (unexplained/low count/low mot)
Ttc after 6yr break
Day 1 cycle 2 with clomid

I've only done it orally and that was enough of a pain in the a**. I charted for about a year until I couldn't take it any more. It drove me so crazy that my doctor and DH begged me to stop. You're much better off using opks and FAM. Have you read the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility? It will give you great info!!

Stop doing bbt if it's making you crazy. All it really tells you is that you have already ovulated. By then it's too late.

Good luck!
