Hey ladies,

I've been out too due to a bunch of cysts lingering after our first injectables cycle. I go back to the RE for the first time in seven weeks tomorrow (CD 50!!) to do an U/S, blood work, and (if all looks clear) start Provera. Waiting and doing nothing has been WORSE than failed treatments!

Of course, now I am terrified that another injectables/IUI cycle will result in more cysts, and more cysts mean another long break from TTC, and more wasted time. At least we are planning for this to be our last IUI before moving on to IVF.

Hoping this is the lucky month for all of us!

I am so ready to try our next IUI in September. We took a break from May until now so hopefully that break did some good. I actually have an appt with a new RE in a week to discuss what his plan is. I wasn't unhappy with my previous RE but he wasn't a preferred provider with my insurance so I opted to go to someone else. This will be our 4th IUI so hopefully we will get our pretty soon! Did your u/s and blood work turn out okay?

Can I join?

Hi everyone!! Can I join your group? We are wanting to start another cycle at the end of sept. We are at the end of this one where the doctor has canceled treatment but wants us to try naturally for a week. I do have faith and pray it will work, but with fertility you have to plan ahead for the next cycle.

I miss living in America!! We live in the caribbean right now my husband is doing 18month medical rotation down here. And there is only one doctor who will do fertility and I am the most extreme he has seen. I am not even that extreme of a case. I read all your posts about blood work, and progestoron pills, and shots. And realize we are not getting the same treatment we would in America. I took my gonal F shots, got 9 eggs and the doc stopped treatment cause he was worried about overstimulation. And I have never had any blood work from him, I do have an ultrasound every day. I am so frustrated. It sucks to be an American Citizen and not be able to have that care. I am grateful for my doctor here on the island, he is doing the best he can. But we have been trying for 7 years. I just needed to vent. This road is so lonely. Especially when your husbands 4 siblings have 20 kids between them.

Hey Ladies! It's been a while since I've been on here. As you can tell from reading my earlier posts we were supposed to start injections this month after being forced to take the summer off. Apparently not stressing about anything worked because I received my first ever on Tuesday, September 1. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. My husband didn't believe me and made me take another. Anyways, thank you so much for your prayers and support. I continue to pray that everyone here will receive the same results I did!

Married for 5 wonderful years

Been TTC for 2 years naturally

Had laporoscopy 2 years ago to check tubes and what they thought was a T-shaped uterus--tubes were normal and so was uterus shape.

Started seeing a specialist 1 1/2 years ago.

Tried clomid for 4 cycles--

Had second laporoscopy in April. Found endometriosis and an endometrial cyst on ovaries.

Tried clomid again for 2 cycles--

Took a break, didn't time anything over summer-- on Sept. 1

Baby Harvey is growing and very active according to 10/20 sonogram

Waiting is the worst

Congrats Charvey!

I am also kind of in a waiting holding pattern. I was able to do an IUI but no meds or any real t/x until we do IVF in Dec. So I guess that is diong something technically, but I don't have lots of hope. I feel kind of stuck until IVF gets started and it seems SOOOOOOOOO far away!

I have heard lots of stories of people getting pregnant unexpectedly in these middle months, so you never know.

Thinking of you all

Hi ladies! May i join you? I am in the forced in between cycles! Going insane. I have done 7 IUI's with clomid and i am now moving on to an RE, and i have this strong feeling he'll be saying IVF, which at the moment we cant afford so think we'll be trying IUI with Injectables(which terrifies me!). We have our first RE appoitment Nov. 14! The wait is killing me!
My hubby is military so he will be gone until the end of october, so can not try naturally this month either!
