Can't wait to start another cycle

My husband & I have been talking about doing another cycle some this year...probably July - November timeframe.

I'm more excited then nervous...I wish I could start the injections tomorrow

I just wonder what we should do differenly this time around...guess that's probably why I should meet with the doctor, but we're gonna hold off til maybe June to make an appointment.

When moving to a 2nd, 3rd cycle....did your doctor change your protocol?

Good Luck ladies.... to you all!!

I know my body isn't physically ready yet to start a new cycle, but my mind sure is. I am so anxious to start again. I am sick of waiting. I feel like I am going crazy!! We'll probably have to wait until at least August. By then I don't even know if we will have enough money for another cycle. Why can't we all just be able to get pg the old fashioned way?

I can't believe I just became a member of this forum!!!

I'm also inbetween cycles. I just had my first IUI with injectables (back to back IUI) in May which came back with a . I was devastated. My ovaries are still very much stimulated with large follies on CD 3. My doctor wanted me to go on BCP to shrink them and then start another cycle of IUI with injectibles, but b/c I have a blood clotting gene mutation, I decided to let them resolve naturally. Do you know if the ovaries can still release an egg in this cycle so that we can still try naturally - or is it a bust?

After my first failed IVF cycle this past month, I decided that this forum may be really helpful-my first post. After a while, infertility can be such a lonely place.... I am ready to get back into trying another cycle! We are slated to begin the end of the summer, the waiting is one of the worst aspects of all of this.

Good luck and baby dust....

Hi all, I'm waiting to start a cycle with hopeful tsf in august. My RE suggested no changes except try icsi, which despite the finances, i think we are going to do. I hate waiting....I can't stand when people say "oh it will happen, just be patient...." until you are at the point that we are at, you just don't have any idea. I'm caught between people who go on and on about their kids and then try to encourage me to those who stop talking about their kids when I walk in. ohhhh. it is so frustrating. And the finances, that just makes me cry. sorry, bad day, needed to vent!!

I just finished taking my last progeteron pill last week Thursday and still waiting around for my period...ahh! I want it to come already so on day 3 I can start with Femara 3/day. Then get the HCG, then IUI. It will be my first IUI, I'm excited to do it because it's progress, I did 3 rounds of clomid and nothing happened. I'm hoping now that I see a RE and we're doing things a little differently, I can become pregnant. I'm just being so impatience right now because I just want to start the process.

Waiting is tough!
I just finished up a round of IVF (had to freeze all due to the risk of OHSS). We have to wait a month for my ovaries to rest, then will start up b/c in August for a September FET.
We have two frozen embryos waiting for us. Though my biggest fear is that they wont last through the thawing process (we've previously lost more than half of our frozen embabies to thawing)
I am thinking of discussing with my RE about starting another round of IVF right away though.
So many tough decisions.
for everyone here!

Hi everyone, can I join? I am in between treatments as well. We were supposed to move from clomid (May) to injectibles in June, but RE is on vacation this summer so we are forced to wait until September. I am really glad I found you guys who are experiencing similar situations. Every month is a stressful struggle for me, testing for ovulation, timing BD, waiting for AF and then crying all over again seeing . It helps to know there are others who are going through the same thing. Most women I know have several kids and I hear the same old things...just be patient, it will happen...or people are afraid to say anything, for fear of saying the wrong thing. My husband and I just went back to his hometown for a reunion of people he grew up with. We were one of only 3 couples who don't have kids yet (there were like 20 couples there). It was pretty sad. Well, anyway, thanks for letting me vent and that this summer will be our time!!!

Been TTC for 2 years naturally

Had laporoscopy 2 years ago to check tubes and what they thought was a T-shaped uterus--tubes were normal and so was uterus shape.

Started seeing a specialist 1 1/2 years ago.

Tried clomid for 4 cycles--

Had second laporoscopy in April. Found endometriosis and an endometrial cyst on ovaries.

Tried clomid again for 2 cycles--

Took a break, didn't time anything over summer-- on Sept. 1

Baby Harvey is growing and very active according to 10/20 sonogram

Hey Charvey, ! I too am in between treatments. I had a cyst in June and had to hold off from my 3rd IUI and it was still there in July. So now because of my vacation, I have to wait until August. At first the waiting was killing me but I have enjoyed not stressing about the u/s and the bw and when I am ovulating. I have been taking it easy and hoping to get my naturally while I am waiting for August. So at least we can wait together!!

Thanks heather, I really want to enjoy the summer and not think about it. But I catch myself thinking about it all the time. I just hope that taking the summer off and not worrying about testing for ovulation or doctors appts. or timing ANYTHING will help us out!! I'm glad I have someone to wait with.

Hi sweetie. I'm happy to see you again. I'm still dealing with my loss but we think that we might be able to return to treatments around September or October. So, keep me posted so we can each other on.
