PCOS with one blocked tube

hi anyone out there with these? i'm TTC for 3 yrs, my RE finally found out that i had blocked tubes through HSG last month and I had a lapro which cleared one tube.She told me that the left tube was too thin and so she's not cleared it. I had my first IUI, but BFN. pls suggest what is the best option for me.....
