Hi, i've posted on here before but im going into surgery on friday for a unilateral hydrosalpinx and blocked tubes. I just wanted to know if anyone had heard of any stories of women having only one side hydrosalpinx and was able to save the other tube and then fall pregnant. I know its completely out of my hands and have accepted that but it's always nice to hear some encouraging success stories. Good luck to everyone too!!
