2 Inflammed Falopian tubes!!!

I just had my second lap done yesterday. I had one 2 years ago and I had no blockages then but now I find out that both my tubes are inflammed and one is worse than the other. I'm shocked. What could have happened in 2years to cause this? I do have endo but I was fine 2 years ago. I guess i'm just shocked. The doctor says that IVF is my best bet. Is there any hope for me??? I'm very confused. Insurance doesn't cover anything. Is it worth the money, do I have a shot? I'm very confused. Anybody have similar cases?
