Serrapeptase enzyme for hydrosalpinx

My acupuncturist recommended proteolytic enzyme to cure my right hydrosalpinx. Specifically, this proteolytic enzyme is called Serrapeptase. This serrapeptase (or protease-s) digests non-living tissue, blood clots, cysts, and arterial plaque and inflammation in all forms. It also has anti-fluid retention.

I have read a lot of success story about this enzyme in for cure of fibroids, scar tissues, and endometriosis. I have not heard any success story of serrapeptase in curing hydrosalpinx. However, referring to its ati-fuild retention activity, there might be a hope for serrapeptase to cure hydrosalpinx.

Does anyone know anything about this or have an experience in curing hydrosalpinx with serrapeptase?
I really don't want to have any of tube removed and try to find an alternative.
