Question on Clomid
We had our first IUI an the doctor had me taking for the first round of clomid 50mg for five days. Well this IUI didn't work so we are going back in July to try another IUI again hopeing for a BFP. The RE nurse said our RE may up my dose of clomid, my question is what is the next dose up on clomid?
Our RE said I was responding great on the 50mg of clomid but seems to had been only one really good follice. My right ovary was responding but the left wasn't. Seems to had been only one follice this time. I've been reading it is best to have more than one follice to help get you pregant. Did also have a hcg trigger shot too.

DH 44 LSC, Normal Morphology, Motilty low at times and low testosterone put on Clomid One bio child Happily Married (16+ yrs) TTC (over 9+ years) 2009 3 IUI's failed  Med done so far Clomid & Femara DH SA Dec Appointment 9th DH BW coming Dec DH goes back to his doctor Jan 8th  old fashion way for now  soon get the OK from other doctor to start IUI again. New Start 2010 Start IUI Hopefully FEB  Taking time away from boards..

If your RE is gonna up your dosage the next time, it might be 100mg. Clomid increments are generally in 50mgs, but you should still check with your RE to be sure. Best of luck!!

We will be going back in JULY when start my cycle again. The RE will let me know then. Our RE is really great working with us. The nurse said he may up the dose but she really didn't know but that is what she told me today on phone. Our RE was very pleased with the response on 50mg if he keeps me on 50mg hope the next time have more follices.
What do you all think?
