Yes, I lost about 30 lbs on Metformin and now I am just at a stand still with my weight....perphaps I need to go back to the gym. Are you trying to lose weight??

Hey Mettie!...I'm still carrying around 20lbs from my first prenancy 2yrs ago....:/...so I wouldn't mind losing it and I do workout at the gym though....I cant wait to get A + OPK..LOL

I'm starting to work-out I lost 1 1/2lbs this week. It's better than gaining 1 1/2lb. I hope it helps.

I'm working out as well and trying to really watch my diet, however, I haven't lost any weight. My RE told me that it was good to work out, but not to expect any weight loss! I asked him why and he said I was taking one for the team! LOL Oh well, glad my hubby likes me on the thick side! LOL I just didn't want to be excessively heavy during pregnancy, but I'm getting over it. I just want a healthy pregnancy and health baby...

Hi, I guess I'm on a similar cycle to you all. I'm on day 3 and I think my Dr (who also happens to be my DH) intends me to be on clomid for days 3-7. I've been on metformin 1000mg for 3 weeks now, thought my stomach would never adjust!
This is our second series of attempts. We tried 2 years ago with clomid and using DH's sperm. Several attempts, no joy. Then one of 13y/o twins needed his 4th open heart surgery and I got a bit distracted. He's healthy now and got a clean bill of health for (hopefully) the next 5 years.
We're using donor sperm this time round. We tried without clomid etc in September. So this time will work!

I hear you! Working out keeps me from feeling totally bad about myself, and I hope fitness will help me manage the pg weight as well. Thankfully, at our weight, we won't be expected to put on 30lbs or more. The hardest part will be keeping the weight gain in the acceptable range...working out is the only way that i can think to do that!

bookinmom- ! Go to User CP at the top of the page and look for a link that says, "Edit Signature" on the left side. I think that's how you do it. Good luck to you this cycle!

unfortunately I gain 50lb with DD and my doc was all over me.In 1wk I gained 5lbs and boy he chewed my head off. I weight 190lbs right now and a bit scared cause i really don't wanna tip the scale. So I would really like to lose about 20lbs..Anyway eough about me HOW'S EVERYONE DOING? I took my last pill today

Hey cycle buddies..just wanted to you give you all an update. came today so I got to call my RE and I am scheduled for an ultrasound on tuesday to get the go ahead to start Clomid....So many emotions...
