Just curious how many ladies were offered shared risk for donor egg at their clinic( this in not split cycle cases)? The reason why is we have a friend in Memphis who is doing a shared risk cycle and it cost them 54,000. This is donor egg money back take home a live baby. I thought it was a little pricey and know of docs that think this is unethical because de works so well.

My clinic offers shared risk, but I think I may be their last patient going through it, I think my RE is doing away with it, although I'm not sure why.

For about $35,000 I'll get three fresh and three frozen cycles...this includes everything! If I don't have a live baby after exhausting all tries, I get 70% back. I think clinics should have it, especially if they think they have such good success rates. My RE told us today that by doing DE, my chances of pregnancy go up "13 to 14 fold, not percent but fold". So glad my DH was there with me as I hadn't a clue what this meant then DH said "So about 1300-1400%?" and my RE said "yes!".
