I just got access to my clinic's egg donor database, and I'm wondering whether to try to pick one and cycle as soon as possible, or wait until after my travel.

I plan to fly to Europe end of May. I'm on BC, and I think most donors are on BC, so we could just start fairly fast.

Now my question is, is it OK to travel right after I cycle? Obviously, if I don't get PG, there are no issues. But if I'm in my early days of pregnancy, could I miscarry because of travel?

I don't think traveling would increase miscarriage anymore than not traveling, but I don't know for sure. I mean, plenty of people not doing fertility treatments travel and don't even know they are pregnant.
Why not call your clinic and tell them you have a trip to Europe planned and ask them if there are any risks to traveling.
I think things to consider though are if you would need to get labwork done 'x' amt. of days after transfer, etc.
How long are you planning to be in Europe?
