protocol calendar for donor egg cycle
I asked the nurse about the timeline after the match, and she said:

I'm tempted to ask her for a sample protocol calendar, but I worry that she will think I'm a pest and ... I don't know... but I feel it's good to be on the nurses' good side... Anyone has been thru donor egg cycle - what was your protocol calendar like?

I did a donor cycle but I don't remember the exact protocal. It's very hard to give specifics until the process is underway. Based on how you and the donor take to the meds, etc.
Don't worry once you get going they will give you a very detailed calendar and specifics. Good luck!!

Let's see if I can find all my info:
Aug. 11- Started Lupron Aug. 15- Last bcp (don't know when I started them. I was on them for a bit while our donor recovered from her last donor cycle.) Aug. 26- Started estrace (dose increased 4 days later and again 4 days later until I was taking 2 tablets, 3 times a day. Sept. 4 - u/s to check my lining Sept. 11- last Lupron injection Sept. 12- started PIO and donor had ER Sept. 17- ET and started progesterone suppositories Sept. 24- POAS and got + Sept. 29- beta BFP Hope this helps. Everyone is a little different so you may not do it all the same way. I don't know a lot about our donor's cycle. We got periodic updates but not a ton of info. It looks like she started stims on Aug. 30.

From the time I committed to my donor to ER and ET was about 9 weeks. But I did a split so it may have taken longer to get everyone synched up, not sure. Originally, my nurse had said ER and ET would be early March and it ended up being the last week of March. I didn't question it though, do I don't know why it changed. I just went with the flow!

Stopped all meds, woo-hoo! 5th US 10w1d-SCH GONE! Baby measuring ahead at 10w3d HB 167 1st OB appt. 10//29-baby a busy bee! 11w 2nd OB appt. 11/5-baby having a party in there! 12w 3rd OB appt 12/1 16w appt. E.D.D. May 19th, 2010!!

A couple of IVF clinics have sample protocol calendars online. I think one of them is Advanced Fertility in Chicago. You might want to see if the calendar is still on their website. As Kathelen said though, the schedule becomes so individualized, any calendars will just be an example.

Beta #2 10dpt= 192! u/s -5/14/09 due to bleeding(severe SCH) 5/22 M/C naturally process begins(lets get this over with!)  Beta HCG Checks: 5/29( down to 697), 6/5 ( down to 269), 6/12(down to 136), 6/18(down to 38) , 6/30(down to 12!), 7/7(down to 8), 7/13- FINALLY below 5!!! Yippee! Cycle #2-FET: 8/28 After 6 wks on bcp, cycle postponed 9/30 1st mega shot of Lupron-Depot, 10/29 second shot FET - on hold til 2010  !

Me: 44, DH: 40, TTC #2 for 3 years, 9 pregnancies total, hypothyroid 2 miscarriages in 2002 DD born Jan 2004 6 more miscarriages in 2006, 2007 & 2008 last in May 2008 - 2 D&C, one ectopic & methatrexate, 2 missed m/c & D&C, another missed m/c & cytotec (recommend cytotec over D&C) All tests are normal, except elevated FSH On BCP & working on donor eggs process since May 2008.... First donor flaked on us. Approved for a frozen eggs study!!! (after they removed a fibroid) Had my gallbladder removed; pregnancy might trigger another attack 9/15 started lupron -- 9/21 last BCP -- 9/28 start Estrace -- 10/14 egg thawing & ICSI & stop lupron & start progesterone -- 10/17 transfer -- 10/28 beta  10 frozen eggs, 7 thawed, 6 survived fertilization. Transfered 5
