Rachel – Wahoo! Congratulations! I’m so happy for you. for your beta tomorrow!

Texas – I’m gonna POAS every day until Beta. DH and I need the reassurance. Plus, I already have the tests, so.....

Browneyes – welcome back from bed rest! I’m so happy you get to go back to work. I hope that the cerclage thing is easy.

Athena – So happy for your little embryo festival! With 4 frozen already, it sounds like they figure you have some good ones in the 7 that are left. Your ET is going to be here before you know it! I can’t wait to cheer you on.

Jody – I doubt you have to do much to your resume to make it look like you work your butt off. Just reading about your energy level leaves me a little winded. Enjoy mom and all her cooking!

LGB – 12 weeks! That’s fantastic! So happy to hear the Pepcid is working for you.

1day – I don’t have any answers for you on the ovulation front, but Kirstyloo is a total smartie so I'd trust whatever she said.

Jak – congrats on getting your donor! It’s such a good feeling when you pick someone. It’s a tough decision and once that’s done, you start to focus more on the next steps and time just flies by.

JDTX – Congratulations!!! i guess you won’t be suffering from the “all the girl clothes are so cute” or “the sheets for the boy cribs are so much cuter than the girls’” syndrome. Thanks for making time to let us know so soon in the day. Enjoy your night and sharing your big news! (and thanks for the legal advice re: DH and his “funnies.” You’re always looking out for me. )

Butterfy – Your get your first peek tomorrow! Can’t wait to hear how it goes!

Stephanie
– glad you got a relaxing day off today! I’m gonna go with “a mixture” on the Christmas decor. I have all these grand aspirations of a lovely, coordinated look, but then I see the santa candle with one eye melted off and the ornaments so ugly my mom tried for years to throw them away and I cave and just put out a mish mash.

Sandy – I can’t believe how quickly you’re getting start again! How wonderful to be ready and then moving so rapidly!

Trisha – how is the 2ww treating you? Do you need some book recommendations or a prescription for the “accessories for sanity program?” Dr. Pack writes the prescriptions and I’m happy to try to pull together some distracting reading for you, if you need it.

Hope
– my MIL was just talking about the Jewish nursery tradition the other day. I like your compromise. Waiting to the last minute would just be too nerve wracking and you'd miss so many chances to play with the room!

Pack – 3 to 6 months feels too long to me, so I’m gonna create the “find a perfect donor for Pack fast” conga line:

Shellie and Dawn - I hope you are both doing ok today! I'm just gonna keep piling on the sticky vibes until the emoticon system forces me to quit:

We’re headed out for dinner now. I’m looking a bit rough, and DH is totally wiped, but we’re still walking on air tonight.

Congrats Leena & Rachel on your that is great news!!!!

Godiva/Leena.... 2ww hasn't been too bad so far, but its only day 3. I was telling my boss (who knows pretty much everything since I had to tell her about getting time off and such) that my beta is set for 11/15. When I looked at the calendar I realized how far away it is.... I almost freaked out!! haha! I think I can make it though.

So I've had a lot of cramping on my right side ever since transfer on Sunday. My uterus is tilted back and to the right but it feels like the cramping I had in my ovaries last IVF cycle after they had done the retrieval. Very weird. I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping and then I am super tired throughout the day. I've also been having SUPER weird dreams. I am usually like a tank and can hold my pee for like days (not really but a very long time) and I've been having to get up at night to pee and I pee'd twice at work today.... Also, yesterday I went ahead and took the day off and my DH took a half day. When he got home he said that he was only going to be home long enough to eat and then go back to work because of some work things. I had a break down and he ended up calling and telling them he wouldn't be back in. Then I had another break down because I felt like a reject for making him stay home with me...

I will be SOOOO glad when I'm off this medicine so I won't be so emotional and have all these other side effects like above.

OH YA and we found out that we ended up with 5 blasts frozen!!

Pack812--Yeah! Such exciting news! It is fate or destiny or something! You were meant to get that appt!

Leenalee--Congrats! And on your anniversary too! What a great present.

Rachel38--Woohoo!

Athena3--Congrats on the results. Looks like you are on your way!

Jak40--I will probably be cycling around the same time. We have our psych eval next week and are waiting for donor to start her period...then she will have her baseline u/s and RE will decide on protocol. I'll keep you posted on how we are doing and when we start things!

Jdtx65--Yes! Congrats! I bet that was the most beautiful thing ever.

My cycle is about to start

Hi Ladies,

I wanted to rejoin the thread here as I have already started my delestrogen shots tonight and our donor is starting her meds this weekend. I have a scheduled transfer the 23rd or 24th.

I wanted to ask how everyone has coped out there with this process and if anyone has felt nervous along the way. Having had such a roller coaster ride with IVF this is really our only option and while I am excited I still feel a sense of disappointment that we were not able to conceive. Is this normal?

I would love to hear from you all!

Tnt- I am sorry I missed you and hthe 2ww is going slowly- hopefully it is building momentum and tomorrow will be faster. The moodiness is so hard.... You have a super sweet dh to stay home and be with you. Good man. Huge hugs to you and sending lots of sticky vibes .

nms17- You and I will be cycle sisters ! The emotional roller coaster ride is so normal. I keep telling myself tomorrow I wont be worried or focused on the what ifs... then of course I think what if... I wish you a successful journey and look forward to keeping you company in the 2ww.

Ok I mean it this time- g'night!

Trisha- That was the first symptom I had of PG... the peeing in the night and day thing... I like you have the bladder extraordinaire! Are you sure you can hold out until the 15th? I'd be happy to send you a few POAS... seriously! I bought a ton on EBAY this summer! If you do want one, PM me your address... it will only be 44cents for me to send it to you!
Hang in there, your emotions are all over the place with all of this chaos going on inside!

NMS- Congrats on getting started! Time will fly starting now.... feeling all kinds of ways is oh so normal!

Karen- Sure you are going to bed... you are as bad as me!

pack- Great to hear you have a POA... I agree... you should get to move to the front of the line!! Just curious if you will see if the donor you had chosen is still available to cycle again! Hey, maybe you and I will be cycle buddies.... I doubt at this point in time that it will be my turn until at least February, but who knows!

Angela- Hope you had a nice Anniversary dinner!

Karen- A cerclage is when your cervix is very short in length... doctor puts a stitch in cervix to keep in closed during your pregnancy so you don't deliver early!

AFM- noticed my face breaking out a little which never happens ( I know I am lucky) guess a new s/e may be appearing.. ugh! Still no HA which I am so thankful for.... happy Thursday!

Elizabeth- Your little bear ticker always makes me smile... THX!

Sorry girls, rough day to say the least so I'll keep this short.

Angela I'm thrilled about your BFP You're going to be a wonderful mom with your big heart!

JD one of each Perfect way to plan a pregnancy dear!

Pack...kuddo's for getting back on the horse. I hope it's nicer to you this time!

Steph I'll email tomorrow. It's been too much of a day to do anything other than what I have to.

AFM My BFP's are now BFN's. Probably a chemical. I'd be lying if I didn't say my little heart is broken tonight. I can't type more...I'll return soon. Love you all!

Oh, honey! Big, huge hugs to you.

It's just not fair, it's really just not fair. I hate this, and I hate this for YOU right now.

Also, I completely understand you not wanting to go to your beta. Why pour salt on the wound?

Sending you more hugs for good measure.

Igloo: I'm so sorry to hear that you are now getting BFNs. Maybe it is just too light still? Don't give up hope until you get your beta.

Karens: Another emotional breakdown for me this morning. I am so tired of these stupid medicines. Hopefully one day I'll be normal again.... wait what am I talking about, I've never been normal lol

Godiva: I'm trying to hold out and NOT POAS on this cycle. I don't know if I'll be able to hold out, but hopefully I can.

AFM: Starting to get really emotional today and thinking that it didn't work. I am so scared that its not going to work and even though we know we have the 5 frozen embryos, it still doesn't keep my peace of mind. Maybe I'm just so emotional because I'm overly worried and can't sleep well.. *sighs*.... anyways, I hope everyone has a great day!
