Just had to pop in and say, I did work for an hour straight... pretty darn good!

Elizabeth... love that saying you posted, just like Vegas, what happened there, stays there!

Julie/Jd- Sending you HCG spurts all night long so that if you choose to POAS in the a.m., you will see that double line! KUP!

Karen- AF yet? Didn't you say Wed., you would be POAS if she isn't here yet???? KUP! (try Kate's remedy... put on white pants or shorts tomorrow and walk around a very public place)

Good luck for all of you with big appts. tomorrow- Bluebutterfly and Tbonus!!! KUP!

Thinking of all of you with donors stimming and sending them Grow Follicles, Grow vibes!
(of course, I am thinking of all of you, or I would still be busy working on my project!) OK, off I go.... I'll check in tomorrow when I am able!

Yes. Me too is very confused! What happened?? Oh well, glad we found each other again. ~Blue

By the way, my RE called back 16-18 embryos developed into a 1 or a 2. I am assuming that 1 is best quality and 2 is second best and so on. I have to read a bit more about it.

Well that stinks that they got rid of the other board, but at least we have this one now

So I called the RE and they said that the donor I selected is available and went through a cycle not long ago. All I have to do is wait until she starts her period and we are good to get going. They said they think she'll probably start in mid August. According to the nurse I talked to she is a proven donor and last time she ended up with 14 mature eggs for the people. She said that she already has two kids (6 and 3 years old) and she's very happy with this donor. I'm pretty excited hearing that news. I am going to call back tomorrow and find out if I can go through some tests to verify my body will be able to hold the baby(s) to term and also set it up to get my DH tested again since he hasn't been tested in a 6 years. I don't want to go through all of this only to find out that not only are my eggs bad but my uterus is bad too...

Speaking of my uterus (he he) when I went through my IVF last time, on either ER or ET I can't remember which they were telling me that my lining was 11. Is that a good #? They have always said that they don't think my lining is a problem at all and they see nothing wrong with my uterus by the ultrasounds. I'm so nervous though. I always knew that my eggs were bad and my body wasn't working "correctly" but I guess I never knew I'd be to the point where I would have to use someone elses eggs. It worries me that I could get this far and spend all this money only for it to not work out.

Blue- Those are very good numbers! Good luck on your ET tomorrow(Tues)! Sending you lots of sticky vibes! Check in when you are able!

Trisha- An 11 is fantastic... most doctors want between an 8.5-9 on ET day! Sounds like you are going to have a wonderful donor! Looks like you will be doing ET towards the end of Sept. too! (my guesstimate only) Continue to KUP on your testing, etc. You are going to have a great experience I can tell!

In 9 hours my husband's swim team will show up for the games and hopefully we get great numbers from ER. I have to admit that I am getting excited finally and a little less nervous. PIO has begun and I am hoping that it continues( as crazy as that sounds) for quite some time.

Stephanie- Hope you get more work done today. I hope also that you can use the board as a reward. (When I finish X, I can go check the board and see what's happening.)

Igloo- Enjoy your wine! What are the temps there now btw? My boss is heading up your way next month.

Elizabeth- Glad you found us. Your donor sounds like she's doing great! Glad you got the phone call.

Karen- I've converted more than one person. And I swear by waxing. I'll never go back to shaving.

Blue- Good to see you! I am thinking about you all day today. In just a few hours, you'll be PUPO.

Trisha- 11 is a great number. Anything over 8 and you're good. Hoping all of your tests come back with great results. Also, just wanted to say, most of us here never thought we'd be at the DE stage. I can remember when I started my IF journey, and I'd get to the "alternatives" sections in the IF books and I wouldn't even read them, b/c I was so sure they were for other people, not me, but here I am, so I guess you've figured out the rest of the story.

Teresa- Best wishes to the team today, and fingers crossed that all your BDing has helped and that your poor DH won't have stage fright.

To anyone I've missed, my apologies. We'll get settled into our new routine soon.

Stephanie- Thanks again for bringing the list. That's a huge help.

Stalkers

I did POAS this morning and it was a !!!!!! I still don't really believe it.

On the flip side I also started having a little bit of spotting last night and still this morning. Maybe that is why I am not as excited as I thought I would be. Little nervous about that. Think I will feel better after Thursday's beta.

Thanks to all for all the good wishes. They seem to be working.

Shellie - Hope you enjoyed that wine as soon you will be in the non club like me. Near beer isn't too bad. Can't say I have found a good near wine.

Faith - I think as long as you heat it all the way through and it isn't sushi you should be fine. Smart thinking making extra so you aren't on your feet as much.

Igloo - I am so sorry to hear your news sweetie. Big ol' cyber hugs!!! I think a September hat trick sounds perfect!! Let us know if there is anything we can do. Are they going to do something to plump up your lining?

Godiva - You sound just like me (and probabaly most people) when you have something you don't want to do.

Elizabeth - I agree. The waiting is so difficult. I am a list maker/planner and I couldn't do that for this. Sounds like your donor is doing great and it won't be too much longer. No luck on making 2ww any faster. Slowest time ever. Except for waiting for donor to call back and testing to be done and shots to start.......

Karens - Too funny. Typing with crossed fingers. I love it!!! (and it worked)

Blue - Sounds like things are going really well!! Sedning you tons of today .

Tbonus - Please KUP. I am so excited for you after all the bumps and bruises you have had. Go swimers, go!!!!!!

TnT - Wow, you are moving right along. That is wonderful!!

Pack - Agree with you on the waxing. First time WTF!! After that so much better then shaving. Lasts longer and looks cleaner (IMO).

jd - Woohoo!!! Congrats on the + HPT!!! Spotting seems to be so normal with us IVFers so I wouldn't worry!! Can't wait till your official beta!

Blue - Good luck today! Check in when you are able!!

Igloo - Sorry that the news wasn't better. You seem as though you are taking things in stride and you have a great attitude about whats next for you. I will certainly be rooting you on for your FET! Hope you enjoyed your wine!

Hope - Okay, I'm totally jealous!!

Godiva - Shots are going well. My last PIO shot is Friday night and then I move onto those nasty suppositories 3x a day. To be honest, I will take a shot in the butt anyday as compared to those things!

Final Frontier - Hope you are hanging in there! I've got everything crossed for you!!
