I see that I have two due date buddies: March 6th!! How exciting!!

Natasha, I am very sorry for those "maybes". I can really relate with you on the uncertainty. I am waiting here for my 2nd ultrasound (July 17th) and feeling terrified for moments about the heartbeat. I will be praying for your baby.

To all the other buddies that got good betas and u/s, congratulations!


As for symptoms:

Today, also, I woke feeling not pregnant. What a horrible sensation! I had a nightmare that my beta was low.....

But, well, during the last three days I have been so tired that I slept 10-12 hours a day. My breasts have been sored and still peeing a lot. As for nausea, sometimes I have a mild sensation that comes and goes. I feel light-headed oftenly, and then comes the urge to sleep. I crave sour, tangy stuff!

Hi Ladies! Just wanted to post something today. Hope you all are having a nice weekend...I am so exhausted! Got up after 10 hours of sleep feeling i needed more, so just got up from another nap! It's so nice out, but I'm too tired to do stuff outside. Talk to you soon!

Hi Ladies!

I also just woke up from a nap. It was much needed after ZERO sleep last night. I had a very slight edge of nausea that was just enough to keep me awake and uncomfortable - along with a loooong dull cramp (middle lower abdomen) that lasted most of the night.

8 more days until my US! Oh, I can hardly wait!

Hey girls, How is everyone doing.

I had a question for everyone. My cramps had pretty much subsided, and now starting this weekend, I feel I have AF cramping again. More than I was having. It's not unbearable or anything, just nervous about it? I' am however still nauseated and VERY VERY tired. I can't seem to get enough sleep. Like alot of you have said you felt.

Can't wait until my u/s on wednesday!

Lacey - I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing but I've been having the exact same pains also. Same symptoms too. I've heard that it is completely normal though and not to worry. Anyway, I feel there is safety in numbers so just wanted you to know that I have the same exact AF type cramps again and the nausea, or more indigestion I suppose. Good luck at your u/s on Wednesday...mine's on Friday and the wait is killing me!!!

Thanks Kristen. I'm just really nervous!! The cramps had pretty much simmered down and now they are back, just don't know what to think. I REALLY can't wait until my u/s.

RayneChime, sorry to hear you had a long night. I have to pee every hour and cant get enough sleep.

Lacey I am still having those AF cramps off and on too. I have not had any nausea really and only tired some days, this actually worrys me that I havent started having m/s yet or the tiredness yet.

Hello all!! I have not posted in a while, but I just read all the posts and it's encouraging that all of you are doing great. My ultrasound is tomorrow at 8.30 am and I'm very nervous. Since yesterday night I've been having low back pains, I don't know if it's because I walked about 4 hours in the mall yesterday, but it is very uncomfortable. Anybody has experience this symtom?

Good morning! THere are lots of people with ultrasounds this week...very exciting! I too wanted to comment on the cramping. i get it too on and off and from what I have been told it is just the uterus expanding and adjusting to this new growth inside of it. I read yesterday that in the 6th week the uterus is the size of a plum (not sure what size it was when it started) but it is definitely growing! I also get some ovarian pains at times, and during my ultrasound last week they said it is follicles that are there that are now shrinking. I hope that helps!

I didn't sleep well last night despite being tired, so now I'm really tired today. Wish it was ok to drink caffeine. Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Hi Everyone,

I have had cramping and lower back pain on and off since even before my first beta and my RE assures me that it is all fine. I have even had spotting from the Progesterone suppositories and they again said it was normal. I guess I thought when I finally got pregnant I would have no cramping or bleeding!

Anyway, my nausea has been hit or miss, more a miss though. I am very tired and moody and I am always hot! I guess thats the hormones too!

Best wishes to all on a week full of ultrasounds...I cannot wait to hear all your results. Mine is Wednesday so I am very anxious to see a heartbeat!

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.

Natasha- I'm so happy you got to see the heartbeat in your u/s last week! I'm sorry though that the excitement was somewhat dampened by the doctor's comments on the sac and yolk. I'll share something that my dad (who is pediatrician) recently said to me that I'm going to try and keep in the back of my mind for the next 9 months- not to say that doctor's aren't always looking out for their patients best interests, but alot of the ifs/ worries that doctors communicate to expecting parents is a sort of CYA medicine. It's certainly understandable given the litigious nature in today's environment, but it doesn't really make for a relaxing pregnancy when you are told about every minute detail that may or may not be wrong. Not that I don't want to know, but I guess I feel like I only want to know about the really worrisome stuff, not every single thing that could possibly be wrong no matter how slim the chance. Ok- I'll get off my soapbox now. that your second u/s this week provides some answers for you.

Lacey- It's so funny you posted about feeling AF pain. On my way into work this morning I was having lower back pain and just the typical feeling like AF was about to come, and I thought, I'm going to have to post and see if anyone else has similar symptoms. So I'm glad to see I'm not alone! I does kind of freak me out though.

Sounds like we should have a lot of U/S results this week! Looking forward to hearing all the great reports about how all the little beans are doing!

Happy Monday everyone. I'm one week away from my day 33 ultrasound as my RE's office calls it. (Though ours will actually be on Day 35 since my day 33 falls on Saturday.) These last few days I've been stressing that I'm not having enough symptoms. Its crazy because my stomach gets irrated no matter what I eat, i'm hot all the time and I'm having very STRANGE dreams. But the closer I get to the u/s the more afriad I am that something is wrong. I know the anxiety is just making my stomach worse...so I'm trying not to think about it too much. But its hard. I just want this so bad!
My card club DID figure out that i was as I knew they would. I've known these girls since high school and they've never known me to say no to a beer . Plus, they know I've been going through IF treatments so ...they didnt need to be rocket scientists. Good thing for me is that I only have a four day work week this week since we're taking a 3 day weekend to go camping with my sister and her boys. My sister is pregnant too so it ought to be a hoot. But atelast it will make time go by...we come home Sunday and u/s on Monday!

Hi Girls!

Well after the looong dull cramping all Saturday night, yesterday and today have brought nothing? I am 5w6d today.

Did any of you experience this? I just didn't feel anything yesterday and haven't felt anything as of this morning either. Hmm?

Hello all:

I just had my u/s and we saw a sac and a heartbeat and the baby is measuring exactly seven weeks, right on target. There was another sac, but there was no baby on it and it was small, so she said there were probably two at the beginning but one didn't develop and that is why my HCG numbers were so high. I also had a one cyst in each of my ovaries, so that is probably why I was having some cramps on my left and right sides, but she said it is normal and that they will go away over time. I feel relieved. My back pains have gone away.
I hope everyone is feeling better. One of my friends that is 14 weeks pregnant said she felt AF-like cramping during the first weeks of pregnancy, so it's is normal. I started to feel nauseus in the morning, but not trowing up yet.
