Christin - Congrats on the ultrasound! I have mine in a week (the 5.5 week one) and I can't wait to see it!
This is totally off topic, but unfortunately we just found out my little dog has cancer. We found a mass in his neck a few weeks ago and had it removed last friday. We found out today it was cancer and evidently they didn't get it all in the surgery. So we have to meet with a doggy oncologist on monday for plans...he needs either surgery and/or radiation. He's only 6 and he's the sweetest dog ever! If any of you are dog people I am sure you can understand that this is heartbreaking for me right now. We have had him since he was 10 weeks old and he has been as close to a kid for us as possible up to this point. I know it may be weird for some of you to be this attached to a dog, but I am. I'm praying for a miracle for the little guy. Anyways, at least we have good news with being pregnant! Thanks for letting me share that with you guys. I'm pretty upset about it. I will talk to you guys later!

Baby is measuring 8 weeks and heartbeat was 157! IT'S A GIRL!!! EDD March 7, 2009

Hello girls: I'm new to this website. I really like all the forums and all the information you can get from other expecting moms. My story is summarized in my signature, and I guess I'm 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I'm freaking out a little bit about my betas being so high, but at least they are increasing. I can't get an ultrasound until 7 weeks and I'm dying to know if everything is ok. I don't really have that many symptoms, except for being tired and going to the bathroom very often. This treat is great, and I hope I can keep in contact with all of you. Congratulations to all!!!!

Me: 30, problems ovulating DH: 36, antisperm antibodies, varicocele.  Max, 2 years oldTTC for 18 months natural for one year, no pregnacies 11/10/07 First IUI, with 50mg clomid (one follicle),  12/11/07 DH surgery for varicocele (everything went perfect) his numbers doubled after surgery Took a break for four months (DH recovery) 05/11/08 Second IUI, with 50mg clomid (one follicle) (DH numbers were 158 million after wash!!!)  05/25/08  AF is here,increased clomid dose to 100 mg 06/08/08 U/S (1 big follie (22 mm) and two (15 and 16 mm), ovidrel trigger 06/10/08 Third IUI 06/20/08 10 DPO faint  06/22/08 12 DPO dark  6/24/08 14 DPO first beta 341  6/26/08 16 DPO 2nd beta: 1231 6/30/08 20 DPO 3rd beta: 9609 7/14/08 We saw two sacs but only one baby and a heartbeat!!  7/21/08 First OB appointment: went well, no U/S though. 7/24/08 second U/S to rule out multiple pregnancy

 Tatiana! It's nice to have you as part of this group! I wouldn't worry too much about the beta numbers yet...there is a girl i know whose first beta was over 600, and she had a single pregnancy, so you should be ok! It's exciting that they are so good though! Looking forward to sharing this experience with you!

 Well I have bad news. I woke up yesterday to go for my 3rd beta with extreme pain in my abdomen. It was so bad I could hardly walk. The light spotting started to turn red and heavier. I went to my RE and he didn't seem to concerned, they just took blood and said it was to early for an u/s. I went home and the pain got worse. I coudn't walk, pee or breathe at some moments. The RE called about 6 hours later and said my numbers had dropped and that the pregnancy wouldn't survive. He said come back next week. That was it, not what to expect or explain what is happening to me. I had to go online to research exactly what to expect. I was really aggrevated about that.Anyway, I wish all you March Mamas good luck! Keep those numbers rising! I'll be checking in after I take a little break.  and best wishes!!!Kelly

Starfish- I am so so sorry. I went through something similiar not too long ago so I know, there are no words that will make you feel better right now. Just know that everyone on these boards is with you, and many of us have been where you are.
Lacey- I have had jabbing pains in my ovaries too over the last week. Not constant, just random. I've assumed its the corpus luetum doing its thing....but I'm not sure.

Starfsh - I am so sorry to hear your news hon...sending you and your DH .Lacey - I've also had little sharp twinges in my ovaries (both sides) and from what my RE told me, when we've been on stims sometimes they get cysts and they are just trying to calm down from all that activity.

Second Beta in!! Its 407, so it more than doubled in two days! I feel SOOO much better. Now I just have to make it to July 21st for the 1st u/s!!!

Well I had my RE visit today. I am 5w4d. On the last US two days ago, there was what he thought was the Gest sac, but hard to see, my uterus was tilted. Today he saw the the gest sac, but could not really see the yolk, he said he sees something that might be it, but didn't want to getmy hope up. No fetal pole yet. He said I need to come back next Friday July 11, for another US, I will then be 6w5d. He said that will be a critical day, he has to see the fetal pole and a heartbeat next week or he will be very worried. So I have sevens days of worrying and stress to what and see. I am very scared. I have been having cramps since Iui, and today I not much pain, so Is that a good sign or not? I guess you can read into anything.
I am still keeping my hopes up. Natasha

Kimberly - Congrats on your second beta!
Natasha - i will be thinking of you this week! It's too bad they can't tell you something sooner...a week is a long time to wait! I will be that everything turns out great!My parents got into town this morning and are staying through the weekend. It's so nice to be with them. We went to the Sam Adams Brewery tour, which was fun...i of course didn't partake in the sampling!
