I'm also due on April 9!!! :-) Thanks for the input on the dresses, ladies! I really appreciate it. Everyone I've asked says red, so I think that's what I'm going with. The store is not too far from my OB's office, so maybe I'll swing by tomorrow after my appointment and check both dresses out again.

bgk I know my kids are so thrilled too! They are taking turns sitting next to the baby, kissing my bellly and my older one is reading the baby books:-) My kindergartener told his teacher (and I assume the class aZs well today:-) I know, no more secret! The older one told one of his good friends today and the good friends mom is preg and due a month before more sio they are thrilled. He wants the babies to be baby friends! I just got back from my appointment, and everything looks good! It was pretty quick - the usual pee-in-a-cup fun (does that ever get easier???), scale, blood pressure and listening to the bean's heartbeat. It sounded different today somehow; my OB said that what I was hearing was the bean moving around! So it's in there and moving like crazy, but I still don't feel anything :-( Hopefully it'll come soon; I mean, eventually I have to feel something, right??!
Next week is the anatomy scan, and I am SO excited! Can't wait to see the little one again :-) Scarlet, my next OB appointment is Dec. 2. Have a great day, ladies!

Spaitts, I still can't feel a thing either and I'm 17 weeks with triplets! I still think it is so wierd that there are 3 babies in me, each one 4-5 inches long, and they are all moving like crazy and I can't feel them!! So wierd. Every day I think, maybe today is the day I will feel them! Hopefully soon.

 Spaitts: I'm glad all went well today with your appointment! Did you get your party dress yet?!?! I find everyone's stories about their gender scans so cute, and the other little ones talking about their soon to be siblings is so adorable!!! Today I came home from work early as I have a horrible headache. I haven't had one in a while and this one hit me like a ton of bricks. Sappy moment... DH had gone downtown today for a conference and took the train. When he got home, he stopped at a florist across from the train station and got me a beautiful bouquet of flowers! When I asked him what was the occasion, he said "no reason, just because I love you"! I almost cried... It's been a while since he got me flowers for no reason, usually it's my birthday or our annivesary! This was so special to me. I took a picture.

awww, that is sweet! I love it when my hubby does stuff like that - totally random
Headaches - yikes. My girlfriend is 26weeks along and she has been having horrible headaches, just takes tylenol. I'm STILL getting the occassional morning sickness, enough already! It makes me see stars sometimes and I can't stand up too fast otherwise it starts all over again...I just don't get it. Aches and Pains are making an appearance too...I try not to complain about it but I walk like I'm 100 yrs old on bad days and my tailbone is in SO much pain I even went to my chiropractor but he will only adjust my neck and mid-back.other then all of the above, it's been peachy

Like you, it's been a while since I got flowers.Well, I went in and tried on my bridesmaid dress (I ordered in August before we knew anything. But I did go ahead and go up one size). Anyway, WE got the thing on (my Dh and I). I was worried about the tummy...but my boobs. Holy cow. It looked like one of those period dresses that shoves the woman's boobies up to her chin and essentially cuts them in half. Hubby liked. So I paid 80 more dollars for 2 yards of fabric and will have a panel put in for another 100 bucks. Yeah. I'm thrilled.
