Christina/fristina -- Your beta number is just fine, I promise. If you start reading a lot of the IVF boards, (IVF, donor eggs, FET, etc), you'll see how many have approximately your number (or even less) and they're doing great! The doctor's just want you above the magical "50"... but I've seen a few who started with less and now have babies to prove that numbers aren't everything.

I've had some very mild cramping so far, but that's fairly typical as well. Our bodies are getting used to this whole thing and there are still a lot of hormones changing inside us.

Trust me when I say I'm also crazy nervous about the whole thing.

ET -- Saturday, 7/26/08
Weeks of positive, and then... m/c, 9/8 Thank you, God, one way or the other.

FET -- 1/12/09, two embryos
1/19/09 -- the HPT reads
2/09 -- Miscarriage again

Spring 2009 -- Bloodtesting. AHA! They found the "glitch"... Antiphospholipid antibodies. One Lovenox injection per day.

5/27/09 -- FET -- 3 beautiful snowbabies
6/1/09 -- According to a little plastic stick, it's ! (Beta #1, 6/6: 244) (Beta #2, 6/8: 500) (Beta #3, 6/12: 1976)
6/22/09 -- First u/s..... We have a heartbeat!
9/24/09 -- Looks like it's probably a girl!
10/22/09 -- Surprising update... It's a BOY

Fristina - I also had extremely minor cramping... and no other symptoms. I had spotting before my 1st beta. Some people have implantation bleeding, some don't. So don't you worry... you are . Your beta is also fine... People get pregnant with much less numbers. So just keep .

So... Is anyone starting to get urpy feeling yet? I felt a little in the morning, especially when brushing my teeth. I suppose this is a good sign though... means my hormones are gearing up. LOL

Christina -- I think "urpy" is probably the best description possible!! Describes it exactly.

Love8903 -- Welcome and happy to have you join us!

Misbah-- How are you doing?

Seeking1stBaby -- I know exactly what you're talking about with the brushing of the teeth. The gag reflex is a little stronger, isn't it?

I still can't believe I'm pregnant. My third beta was yesterday and came back at 2397... Woooohooo!!

Alright, ladies, I'm going to attempt to be the "list keeper" for this thread so that we can keep up with each other and what's going on.

Therefore.... It will be helpful if we can know our first names, due dates, upcoming doctor appointments, when we get our bean counts, etc. You can post them here or message me privately, but THIS is the beginning of our happy little list. (I'll be missing a lot of info in this first draft, but you get the idea -- just make sure you fill me in!)

"The October Team"
Lia/Imagiccat... due October 1st...
Misbah/Deepasocean... due October ? ...
Christina/fristina... due October 6th...
Seeking1stBaby... due October ?...
Love8903... due October 2nd or 3rd...

Upcoming Appointments
Love8903... Dr. Appt. 1/30 for (?)
Lia/imagiccat... First ultrasound, 2/4 !

QOTD: (Question of the day) How did you announce to your husband that you're actually pregnant?

Thanks Lia for getting us started. Your beta number's look great.

My name is Misha. I believe that my due date is Oct. 1, but that hasn't been confirmed by my RE as of yet; this is just the date that the due date calculator gives me. I go in on 2/9/09 for my 1st ultrasound. Which seems like forever, as my doctor has not requested any additional beta's, which causes me to worry more, lol.

How is everyone? I hope everyone is doing wonderful!!!

Imagicat - I am feeling better, thanks for asking. Yesterday my diarrhea was worse, I was feeling very dehydrated. So I am mostly on liquid diet. Also taking Pedialite to make up for the hydration.

Great 3rd beta... Thumbs up!!!!

Seeking1stbaby - You are right. My first appointment is 2 weeks away and that's making me nervous too....

My due date is also not confirmed yet but most websites show 3rd / 4th October.

Regards

Hi Ladies! I am so happy to post here! I just got back my second beta results and they doubled so things look good! I was actually taking this month off from all the meds and we got our ! So shocked! So, I am just going to see the ob rather than going through the RE - which they don't see you until 8 weeks or more! That is a month away! It will be so long!

Here's my info:
My name is Susan and my due date should be 10/08/09 (according to my lmp it is 10/01/09 but I was temping this month and I ovulated a week later which puts me at the later date - not sure what the dr will say when I go in at the end of Feb though since they always seem to go by lmp).
My first ob appt and u/s will be Feb.24!

Congratulations everyone!!!

I would now like to introduce something that was started on another thread which will probably help us to get to know each other a little better. I suspect we'll probably collect more and more people here as the months progresses (those "positives" are just starting to roll in, right?)

QOTD: (Question of the day) How and when did you tell your husband (or partner) you were pregnant?

"The October Team"
Lia/Imagiccat... due October 1st...
Misbah/Deepasocean... due October ? ...
Christina/fristina... due October 6th...
Mishah/seeking1stBaby... due October 1st...
Love8903... due October 2nd or 3rd...
Susan/jsk1130... due October 8th...
Upcoming Appointments
Love8903... Dr. Appt. 1/30 for (?)
Lia/imagiccat... First ultrasound, 2/4 !

How is everyone doing today? Still celebrating even when we feel urpy? heh heh heh

Misbah -- Doing any better?

On behalf of the October 2008 Due Date Buddies -

Congrats ladies. Wow! We knew it was coming, but I can't believe it's actually here. It's hard to imagine that 1 year ago, we were all in your place. I can tell you that we all agree that during the entire process, good and bad, we all loved having the support of our Due Date buddies to get us through and I hope you all find the same support. It's a year later and some of us have met, we exchanged birth announcements in the mail and still keep in touch as much as we can. Just think - 1 year from now you'll have 3 months old smiling at you and starting to roll over! It's amazing how much your life will change in a year. Enjoy!!!!!!
