thxs, i will think big numbers for you on wednesday, but if you are having symptoms than things are working inside of you.

i also emailed the forum board and asked how i can add 2009 to our forum, but for now we will just have to be december, was so excited when i posted my first message that wasn't thinking that there was more than one december, this december is going to rock!

Just wanted to say Hi to everyone! I just found my beta out today - 147. I knew since 6dp5dt since that is when I started taking my HPT's, but it's always nice to hear it from the nurse! It's finally official. My beta seems low compared to everyone on here so far, since all of yours are HIGH

YAMILET - Our due dates are only 1 day apart. When I pull up the due date from the IVF due date calculator I am due on the 3rd because my ER, but the nurse told me today they go by ET and it adds one day, so now it's EDD for the 4th. I too am feeling cramps, but I also have spotting/light bleeding, which is driving me crazy. I am just looking forward to my next beta and HOPE to god that it doubles!!!

welcome nwirn: I will wish high numbers for you. for your first beta that is a great number, didn't realize that numbers could make you so happy huh.

i think my due date is december 7, that is not a for sure, but my own calculations.

NMirwin- welcome! I am sure that I can speak for everyone here- we are estatic to be here with you!

Hallie- I know- I have figured my due date every way imaginable and I keep coming out with a different date... I am doing it on IUI day versus last day of period- to me that seems most accurate. What do you think?

I am praying so hard for all of our numbers to keep going up and up and up! I feel so anxious not knowing but still feel positive about things! No pun intended! LOL

The whole due date issue is more difficult for IF patients, isn't it? Can't anything just be simple for us?...lol.

It is amazing how a # can make you so happy and insane all at the same time. I told myself, if it's over 100 I really won't worry "much", but now all I can think about is Wed., but if I weren't bleeding I don't think I would be "AS BAD" or probably...lol.

I still can't believe how high everyones beta's are. CONGRATS to all of us on our December babies!!!!

Here is a little about me and my husband. We were married on April 8, 2000 and we have been ttc ever since. I was diagnosed with PCOS, and my husband is perfectl fine. We tried everything while my husband was in the Marines and then when he got out of the military and we no longer had the Tri-care benefits we had to take a break since as we all know this stuff is expensive. We both finally have jobs were we could afford to try again and so we did this month. I never expected it to work on the first month, but I am so glad it did. I am just in a state of shock right now, because I cannot believe it is finally real. My due date is on track for December 6, 2009. I had my second beta today and I am very excited to get the results tomorrow. I am praying that everything is fine since I had a miscarriage in 2007 (I didn't even know I was pregnant and it was without medication). Anyway, thank you for starting this thread and hopefully I will be a member for the next 9 months. CONGRATS TO ALL OF YOU ALSO!

Welcome Michelle! I can't help it but I have to keep saying how exciting it is to be here! A little back ground on me- My DH and I got married almost 3 years ago and started ttc on our honeymoon- we were together for 9 yrs before that... We tried unsucessfully for about a year and now for the last year and a 1/2 have been going to an RE- Our only diagnosis is male factor- low everything--- not ever been preg-o---we did Chlomid and then chlomid and iuis and then IVF and then FET and now IUI with Femara and bingo! Here we are! Phew! Did you get all of that? LOL

BTW..... do any of you mind sharing your progesterone levels?????

At my 1st beta yesterday my level was only at 6 My nurse and RE told me not to worry, they are not yet concerned and to just TRY and relax.

I was also told that because I am on the endometrin suppositories that more of the prog. goes straight to the uterus and less to our serum, so less would show up in our blood, but PIO 60-65% goes to the uterus and the rest to the blood, so it shows higher #'s usually. So, she said my PROG. might be a little higher then 6, so that at least helps a little more!

nmirwin011108- Yesterday was my 2nd Beta but my nurse did not give me my progesteron levels. On friday it was 57. I am on both PIO and suppositories.

I just entered my LMP on a calender and came up with this due date. I don't really know if IVF is calculated differently.

AFM- Tomorrow is my 3rd Beta and hopefully will get the date for my 1st u/s, can't wait!

Welcome michelle, so glad to have you here with us and keep those numbers rising!

nmirwin-my re does not test for progestrone after the first time. they believe that if the beta is rising, so is the progestrone because the beta is made up of estrogen and progestrone.

Boy oh boy am I hormonal today. I was on the phone with my car company and basically hung up on them. My wonderful hubby does not know how to talk to me and we had a conversation this morning and he said he was safer just supporting me. I know he is right, but I can't help wondering how he is handling all of this. Once again, I am happy about the hormones because it means things are progressing.

Thanks for the progesterone info. My nurse had mentioned that if they do feel my prog. isn't going up the way they would like it to that they might possibly have me do the suppositories and the PIO also, which I am completely fine with. The more the better, right?

That makes sense about not checking it since the HCG is going up, but I am sure w/ mine starting so low, that they will be checking mine often.

I have been looking on some websites and it does show that the prog. levels should be anywhere from 9 to 47 or so for the 1st trimester, so I am not toooo far off

My bleeding was lighter from last night to this morning, but just recently it has gotten much heavier again. It does this through out the day, so I am letting myself not get worked up over it. I just have to hope and that my beta is a GREAT # again tomorrow.

your numbers are great mnirvin! as long as you are over 50 on your first test you are fine, you are above my first number which was 123,

as far as the bleeding goes, can't say that i have had it, but lots of others have, some even had full periods for a couple of months and was still pregnant.

i know you willnot feel better until you get more numbers, but want you to know that I am here for you and everyone else in the forum
