Hey everyone! I do all of this on my BlackBerry since it takes so long for my computer to book up, so I cannot see who said what, so I am very sorry. I did want to say that I have been checking all day also for your beta results, and even though it didn't double it is still a good number. Second teacher- I am nervous every
Second of the day. I just cannot believe it. As far as who we have told, his brother, my ex-boss, my. Aunt, my cousin, I told my boss today and we are telling everyone else this weekend. Yamilet- we are scheduled to have our ultrasounds on the same day. Mine is at 1:30, when is yours? Well I will write back when I can get on my computer. Good luck to everyone and if you ever find that fast forward button push it for me, just until I am out of the first 12weeks!

Nmirwin - I'm so sorry you had to go through this again. I'm for your time to come very soon!!!

2nd teacher - Yes, I am still super nervous! I don't think my u/s on April 17th will get here soon enough.

HallieL - I have been studying up on what to eat too. I had to laugh - how in the world can I control this hunger on only 300 extra calories!!! Hunger woke me up at 4:00 am! I'm eating all kinds of fruits, almonds, etc. Trying to avoid the refined white carbs, and no soda, etc. and drinking tons of water.

Bocarn - on your beta! I can't stay asleep either.

Because of our m/c last year, my DH wants me to wait to tell anyone until after our u/s. I will actually get to see my parents this weekend and want to tell them in person - my DH has allowed this concession! The hard part is that I've had so many people at church praying for this to work, they are sure to ask about it!!! So thank you for letting me share on this forum! A girl needs to talk.

I was in a haze at work today from being tired. Today is the first day I've been so out of it!

Thank you so much! It's very hard right now and it's sad because I joined this thread and have to leave it just as quickly I of course will still be checking in on all of you. I still have about 1% of hope left in me since my nurse did tell me I have a 1/1000 chance it could have been twins, but one was lost and that is why my beta didn't drop much, so we will see. I doubt it, but we will know more Friday!!!!

NMirwin- I am so sorry! The only thing I can say is it ain't over until it's over- stay positive. We will be thinking about you!

Welcome 2nd Teacher- how exciting is this? Yes- I have been freaking out! I starting reading What to expect-not allowing myself to read ahead- I have convinced myself to enjoy right now-tough to remember though! I am like Hallie- keep the symptoms rolling in! As long as they are here then we are here.

Thanks for all of the reassuring words about our BETA- I think its ok- hopefully it will rise big time by Friday!

Sleep-I have NO trouble falling asleep- I have been hitting a wall around 2 in the afternoon-no trouble falling asleep by 9:30 (used to go to bed at midnight) but man- those middle of the night potty breaks-I can't go back to sleep! It will get better I am sure.

I told my Boss today- wow- that was the response I needed- she told me that I will have days that I won't feel like getting out of bed and not to!
She told me there is nothing more important than staying healthy and rested... I feel very lucky!

OK- My DH and I in a weak and crazy moment a month ago-after our failed FET- booked an all-inclusive trip to Jamaica to get away and regroup. (many negatives so this is unexpected!)
Well- neither one of us thought that we would be preg-o! Our trip is in 2 weeks! I am still very excited but now it is really hard to truly be looking forward to it as I am nervous about the what ifs... My RE is doing my first u/s 2 days prior so I guess we will know then if we have the full green light-we have already talked about it and they said it should be fine.... Man oh man- crazy how things work!

Well I wish my boss would have been that supportive when I told him yesterday. Not that he didn't say congratulations, but my ex-boss would probably have told me the same thing your boss told you, to stai home if needed. You are sure right on it is funny how things work, because I had worked with my ex-boss for 7 years and I was offered a new position within the same company for more money. The only reason I accepted the position was to make more money to afford more treatments. Knowing what I know now, I wish I would have stayed where I was at. I guess though that more money now will probably come in handy, but I was just really in a comfort zone where I was at. Bocarn - since we are on the exact same schedule how many beta tests are you going to have had done by your first ultrasound on the 10th? My doc only did 2 and I am wondering if I would be able to get him to do another one like this Friday, just to calm my fears of m\c. Well I went to bed last night around 9:30 so I had some time to write this morning, but have a good day ladies and keep those little peanuts growing!

Hey Michelle. I think I am having my last BETA on Friday just to double check my numbers since they didn't completely double. I think usually my DRs do just 2 BETAs... I am not sure whats happening next week- I was going to ask on Friday...

Had my 3rd Beta yesterday and it was 1808! Can't wait for my first u/s!

Michelle- My u/s is in the morning at 9:30.

Mmir- I'm for you.

Hallie- I know exactly what you mean about family. I live with my mother in law.

Bocarn- If your RE said number are good then that is all that matter.

2ndteacher- This is a never ending roller coaster, and I don't even like to ride coaster in the first place. There is not a moment in the day that I don't think about what is going on inside and what to expect.

Mnwirin-as with everybody else, I am so sorry for your loss and please treat it as such because it is an emotional time even though you weren't far along. I will still keep you in my 1% positive thoughts.


Okay, I had my beta this morning and hoping for high numbers as usual. Having trouble keeping food down, well it's going down and out of me so guess that is my morning sickness combined with gas and constipation (fun fun). My hunny keeps on wanting to encourage me to exercise and I had to tell him no last night. I was so tired that I put on my exercise clothes but just couldn't do it.

As far as food goes, yeah not sure how they say 300 calories, i am hungry all the time, i always eat well, but still eat all the time, i know what it feels like waking up hungry! to me that is a blessing.

I think my re is more conservative than most. When I got my first beta, they said that I have to test for 4 weeks 2x a week but since my numbers have been so high, they will release me after today's test. Kindof bumbed because I could have gotten an appt with my obgyn back then april 13, now who knows when because she is always booked and I can't wait to have my first u/s.

I am starting to read what to expect when you are expecting today so i'll leave it at that.

Bocarn-i think a jamica trip is awesome! have a great time, as they say, do it before the baby comes.

I have heard back and forth about high numbers and twins but there is no guarantee about that so I just want a happy and healthy, i will settle for healthy right now.

U was wondering if any of you were having any kind of brownish discharge. I know tmi, but I had this a littly over a week ago and now again today. It is just the tinyest amount, only when I wipe. I would not say that it is bleeding, it is kind of what I had in my mind would be the implantation bleeding, but why would I have it again? Congratulations on the 1800. I want to have another one so bad.

i would always error on the side of caution and call your doctor. they are so used to calls so it is not a big deal and for them to tell you its not a big deal will ease your mind more than we can.

sorry to hear about your boss, i know when i finally get around to telling at my job that they are going to be so scared of me. two male bosses.

OMG! my beta level was 6,757 today. I graduate to u/s which we will do next friday 4/10 @ 8am. Glad that it is before I go see the in-laws for easter.
