Oh ablessing, I thought I was the only one. I am so sick I don't know what to do with myself. At lunch today I went to my car in the underground parking lot, laid in the back seat and cried - dramatic right

It makes me feel a wee bit better knowing I have company. I'm so sorry and I hope you feel better soon.

BTW, I'm taking something called Diclectin but it doesn't seem to be working very well.

Aww thanks!!! Yes it is definitely kicking my butt. I have a family trip to Orlando planned next week for 7 days and I hope that goes well. Today was the first day in a long time I actually felt human again.

Oh I feel you!!! I was crying so bad yesterday b/c of the constipation and having to vomit at the sametime. I lifted up my dh who is like 6'2" 200 pounds when he was helping me out with the constipation thing. He was like "umm dont throw me overboard". He was so sweet and helping me and that was my strength of pain I guess.

Folks that go through this understand. My sister was the same way and finally called me back after going through her ms when she came back to earth as she described it. I mean it is bad to the point where I cant even shower or brush my teeth!!! I know that is so nasty but doing that makes me sicker and I cant even mustard up the energy to do that. The smell of soap makes me sick and the taste of toothpaste is like eww. If someone talks about food I get sick!!!

Thumbs down another loss

I hope everyone is doing well.

Today I had another Ultrasound and no Heartbeat could be found. The sack was smaller and HCG did not go up enough. I go in again on Monday for more blood work but it looks like miscarriage #4 for me. We cannot afford to continue fertility treatments so I guess this is it for me. I will be staying clear of the boards because I am having a very hard time.

God bless I everyone has as much of a worry free pregnancy as you can.

Morning Sickness

With each prior pregnancy, I had terrible (and I mean terrible) morning sickness. Except it should have been called "all day sickness".

This time around, it's barely noticeable. A little queasiness, maybe, if I don't eat at mealtime, but really, nothing at all.

The difference? ACUPUNCTURE!!

I don't know - maybe that's not the difference, but boy, is this a lot easier this time around. But of course, being me, I worry that my lack of morning sickness is something to be concerned about. [eyeroll]

sorry I have been MIA

I have missed so much over the past few days. I had like 7 pages to catch up on.

First of all, I am so sorry for all of the losses. That just breaks my heart for all of you. Especially to have all of the repeat losses. to all of y'all and I that there are babies with success in your future no matter what way you go about getting them.

Congrats to everyone else on the great u/s reports and the !

AFM, I had another bleeding experience yesterday morning. My OB said that if it happens and it has been over a week since the last time I had it that I need to come in and get an u/s. I say, twist my arm. I am addicted to those u/s. These are the most u/s babies. I have already had 7, sad I know. Those were either scheduled or due to the bleeding. ANYWAYS....the babies are doing great. Measuring right on track and with high heart beats. They think that my bleeding should be almost gone. I might experience one more bout of it from the little bit of left over hematoma. We shall see.

As for c-section and twins, I will be having a c-section b/c I already did an emergency one with DS. I don't want to have a VBAC. I don't want a scare and have to deal with the loss of urination later in life from vaginal. I actually loved the c-section. I have a high tolerance for pain, so maybe that helps. BUT, I was taking care of DS immediately and even by myself when DH got the flu when we got home and was gone the first week (I kicked him out and sent him to my MIL's house). My mom stayed with me, but I pretty much did it all. I even could go up and down the stairs if needed. Even in the hospital when DH was freaking out dealing with DS peeing all over the place and the maconiaum(sp) first poop, seemed to be spreading everywhere (it is sticky stuff) I had to jump out of bed and run to his rescue. It was pretty funny!

OH, Amber, I hope that you are having a great time with DH!!!!!

Erin (sorry for the rambling)

Whew. I finally got through all the posts that I missed the last couple days. My laptop totally crapped out on me yesterday. Hoping we can get my files off my hard drive

Paisley - congrats on the twins!!!
Stephanie & Amanda - hooray for heartbeats!!
Toronto - Glad to see the u/s showed a healthy baby!
Meg03- So sorry that you have to experience this again. for you.
Erin - happy to hear that everything looks good!!!

Sorry I've been MIA, but I'm SOOOOOO glad to finally have hubby home!! He's been so supportive, and he's constantly asking me if I need anything. It's so cute. Ended up in the E.R. Tuesday night- (***TMI alert***).. had an orgasm Tuesday morning and it hurt SO bad, straight down through my cervix, and the pain/cramping did not let up with rest and tylenol all day. I called the on-call nurse @ my dr's office, and she suggested I go to the ER, even though I had an appt with my RE the next day. Got to the ER @ 6pm, left at 1:30am. It took them that long to do a pelvic exam, bloodwork, and an ultrasound.

Happy to report that the ER dr found that my cervix is still closed, and my lil man's h/b was 162 (u/s was at 1am, and I had been stressed out for 7+ hours). PHEW! That was DH's first u/s experience. In the ER. lol

Appointment yesterday went well. H/b at 156. Now officially graduated to an OB!

Meg, I am so incredible sorry. maybe a break will be good for your body. im sure you are heartbroken and i cant even imagine it. you are in my thoughts and 's.

airman's baby, i am sorry but that is one of the funniest things i have ever heard! i know it wasn;'t funny for you while it was happening, but your poor DH!!!!!! what did you write on the complaint form in the er? aftershocks from ultra intense orgasm??? ohh thatll get me through today!!!!!

praying2bemommy-im not afraid of the c-section, ill be honest. maybe its bc so many of my friends have done it and they are fine and scars are almost non-existent. i feel more in control that way- i can schedule it, i know the babies will come out safely, etc. so your post made me feel better!

also as far as m/s goes, i seem to be one of the rare lucky ones-so far-and i dont have it. however i do have bad constipation. and i have gained 10 LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf?????

ablessing and brooklyn-talk to your RE/OB. you can take stool softeners such as colace and i am also taking miralax, which i have been on for years due to ibs. every dr and pharmacists told me it is safe for pregnancy. its a powder, not a pill, and its not a "laxative" so to speak as all it does is help you absorb water so its easier to go. sorry if TMI but i know how uncomfortable it is, and i can't imagine how bad it would be if i didnt have my medicine!!! so ask you dr's about this, it really helps.

i hope everyone feels better!!!

Sorry you had that scare at the ER, but glad your little one is still going strong (not to mention you and DH!!)

Best to all,

Tracy, who is really getting tired of having morning sickness all day and the Shanghai stomach bug. If it doesn't clear up tomorrow, I'm going to call the dr (or have DH call them, since the clinic receptionists don't speak English).

I am taking a stool softener now and it only has worked once. I just put a call in to my Ob to ask about the suppository. I used this during my last pg and all turned out well. Oh with all the stuff going on with us nothing is TMI...haha
