It does seem like a lot of boy power in here. I am going nuts wanting to buy stuff but I have to wait until we do some home renovations. DH is a huge procrastinator (SP?) and I am the total opposite so it is tough for me not to do anything. In the past 2 months I have given like 20 bags of things to the Goodwill. We bought our nursery furniture over the internet at CSN Baby, they have really good prices and free shipping...There is so much to choose from and we had a difficult time finding the finishes in the styles we wanted.
SCH: So how long do you hope to cary the twins, did the doc give you an adjusted date because of your condition? Glad you were able to get out and drive, it must of felt good to have fresh air and get around. All in all it sounds like those of us left are doing alright, I am beginning to realize that I am really going to have a new person living with us...I know it sounds weird but I don't think it will really sink in until he arrives. Well enough of my rambling..I hope you all have a great weekend and our precious little ones are growing strong!

Hello Ladies,
Bit-I am trying to focus on all the good, and get through each day appreciative another day has gone by. How is your uterus holding up? Has DH gotten a good job yet? Lisa-You are so right. The first one seems like just a dream until you hold them for the first time. It is the most amazing moment, but it does not seem real until then. My doc does not change due dates. He says he hopes we deliever on my due date. He says there is no need for an exit plan until mom or babies need one. He said with twins, mother nature seems to know best. My cervix is holding up well, so I am going for the 37th week. It is the week after Christmas, and I think that would be perfect. I hope everyone else is doing great. It has been a long time since we have heard from you all.

Me 37 (endo, hypo thyroid,FSh now 15) dh 37 (perfect thank God) 1996-2001 TTC clomid etc 2001- Gonal F . My pregnancy was torture. I had Hyperem, around the clock meds and IV"S the entire pregnancy. 8/16/2002 9lbs 7oz healthy DS.2004- Gonal F x4  .2006- IVF MDL 4eggs,3mat,2 fert, (2 8 cell put in 3dt). OHSS hospitalized nearly died, Hyperem, all 40w, Iv and meds again 27 hos stays. 6/06/07 7lbs 14 oz healthy DD.2008-2009 MDL (1 mol, 2 12 cell grade1 put in d4t) April/09 IVF/antagonist 4/29 et 3 excellent embies. 1st 348  2nd Beta2 days later 8503rd beta 2 days later 2638.5 5/13 hospitalized OHSS Released 5/20 1st u/s 3 sacs, but two fetal poles, twins ! Hos 5/22 hyperem ,6/1 hyperem , Permanent central line, home IV TPN,fluids and meds It is official baby A (boy), baby B (girl) all tests show perfect healthy babies!  Make a pregnancy ticker

Hi All! Hope everyone is doing good?
Schu - I'm praying for you to make it to that 37th week...I know you can do it! What has happened to our forum? No one is around anymore! Come back and give us updates!!!!! AFM...feeling great and loving how I look (with clothes on...ha ha). I love being prego so far. The only problems I've had were growing pains and a clogged milk ducts. Let me tell you...OUCH! But it went away in a day and a 1/2. Just hoping it doesn't come back. The top of my stomach is very itchy and sometimes achy - which I'm sure means I'm just getting bigger. I use a oil/cream body wash and lotion through out the day. Not sure if it will prevent stretch marks but it makes the itching go away. We're all getting closer ladies! I'm actually looking forward to the winter (which I usually don't)! Keep in touch.

Shannon: I was thinking the same thing about winter too. I hate cold weather (I'm in California so it really isn't cold per say), but I can't wait for winter because then we'll have our babies!!!

hey ladies! i haven't checked in for a while, but i'm here and doing good. found out we are having a GIRL! and i'm getting more nervous and excited by the minute. we have another appt (just a check-up) this morning. hope all of you are doing well!
anyone picked out names yet?

Hi Ladies, this thread has disappeared, where is everyone??? I hope and
you all are still good and babies are growing! I am good and I go next week for another ob check then the glucose tolerance test (1hr). Wish me luck. I got my regular flu shot last week so I am now ready for fall...winter...and my baby! I can not wait!

Looks like our thread is dead! That's so sad!!! If it truly is, I wish you all the best of luck with the remainder of your pregnancies, labors and motherhoods!
And for those of us who are just begining the journey of family - good luck in the future; in the fertility department.  It was nice meeting all of you. Come back after we have the babies and post pics! I'll keep checking in for new posts. Take care!

Holi-How are things going for you? I hope all is well. I hope you have no more clogged ducts and the itching goes away. Bit-How was the ob appointment? I hope your cervix is holding up well. Has DH gotten a job yet? Silver- for a healthy girl. No names for us yet. I still can't believe we have to come up with two names.AFM-I am really unable to sit up much because I am so sick. I am in so much pain I can barely move. I am measuring 40 plus cm so big is not the word for it. Yesterday we got a big scare. We went for our weekly u/s to check my cervix, and babies growth. The first u/s tech got a 23% difference in their weight. The doc had told us if the difference is 25% he would have to take them. I paniced, but another u/s tech said the difference is 16%. The ob said it is rare for growth restriction to occur in babies who have seperate placentas. I go to the perinatologist next week for a level two scan, so we are hoping we get much better numbers there. I need everyone to pray that our little girl catches up to her brother.

Schu- I will say an extra prayer tonight for your baby girl. I hope you get better numbers next week.
So far my cervix is good, I am growing on target, and loving the fact I can now feel my baby moving (although the little stinker LOVES to hit/kick my bladder...let me tell you that does not tickle)! No job for the dh he is begining to stress which makes me stress (he is usually the calm, optomistic one). I do believe everything happens for a reason, but come on whats the reason??? We have bills to pay, a new life coming into the world, and Christmas gifts to buy...our savings has dwindled from the previous layoffs and I pray 2010 is our year (nothing but negative news since we got married in 2006). Well ladies lets make sure we post updates we have been together this long in our journeys I want to see everyone's outcomes. Best of luck! Glucose test tomorrow  I pass!

Hi Ladies,
I just wanted to let you know that my u/s at the peri's office was great. Baby a boy was 2lbs 10oz and baby b was 2lbs 6oz. They said the girl is actually bigger, but her head size is smaller than the boy's head. There is no growth restriction, so we are so happy. Thanks for the support.

Okay, I am now offically considering our thread dried up. I check in every couple of days but I haven't seen any action so I just want to say good luck to everyone and I wish all our babies are healthy and happy. I'll check in again in January to see if anyone has come back to post their birth stories.
