Heart We saw our babies heart beat again today

I'm SO HAPPY to let you all know that our baby is still doing well. We saw the heart beating again today and she or he has gotten a little bigger than two weeks ago. Our RE said that everything looks great and right on track. We go back for another scan in two more weeks.

Kayleia - I wanted to let you know that I was going through something simmilar to you and didn't feel as pregnant when my m/s pretty much stopped at the beginning of last week. I was so sure that something must be wrong, but my baby is still fine and I just know that your's are fine too. Some women's bodies are better able to adjust to the pregnancy hormones than others and don't get as m/s. We need to count ourselves as lucky and try to stop worrying (yes, I know that is easier said than done).

Celly - Great news on your scan. Congratulation on you healthy singleton!

Schum - So glad to hear that you saw a hb for both of your twins. I'll bet seeing your babies helps you know that everything you are going health-wise is for two very good causes.

Mouse - Sorry to hear that you are still waiting to find out your test results. I'm sure all of the waiting is driving you crazy.

JDW - Thanks for your encouraging words. I think with all of my miscarriages I am a little over the top with my anxiety.

Celly - It's great your little one looked good. It can be reassuring. When is your next appointment?

Sch - You are a trooper! I don't think I could go through another pregnancy if I had your struggles. Amazing

My ultrasound was scheduled for next Monday, but I called yesterday and they moved me up to today. I got to see my babies again. Baby A looked great and measured right on track. Baby B now has a hearbeat, but is measuring 6w3d. My doctor doesn't seem to think Baby B will make it; I haven't given up on B yet! Only time will tell.

GROUP Question: When does everyone stop taking their progesterone? I get to stop at 9 weeks.

Jody- It is a good feeling to see your little person. I have to admit, I don't seem to feel the rush of emotions with these two that I did with Landin and Trinity, but I was not as sick so early with those two so I got a chance to be excited first.

Celly-What a great u/s. I love good news days like today.

Kay-I will be for baby b. REs are wrong all the time. I only had a five percent chance of getting pg, and was given zero chance of multiples, and my twins are thriving.

Angel-Good to hear from you. No symptoms is not all bad.

Lisa-I hope you got some good rest. Work can suck the life out of you when you are pg.

AFM-I felt a little better with fluids running all night, and not tpn. I was a wild woman today. Grandma was here to stay with Trinity, so I unhooked all meds and fluids. I then took Landin to the pool for a couple of hours. It felt good to sit in the sun even though I knew I could not shower because of port. I actually got to see some friends, and Landin was on top of the world. I pray I can do it again for him.

Amanda - holy smokes on your 9 frozen embies! Congrats!! How are you feeling? Are you sick of grape juice and pineapple yet?

Bits - my symptoms are just hat I'm a little queasy, there are times where I feel like I've forgotten my vocabulary (so annoying), and I'm pretty tired. I had a close friend who had no symptoms and others that had cramping the whole 9 months. Good luck tomorrow!

jdw - congrats on the u/s! Glad to hear that your little one is going strong.

Kay - so happy you were able to see your little babies today. Sending extra to baby B - grow Baby B! Remember they told Dee the same thing but all of our collective baby love helped. I'm sure your little one is a fighter, just like you are so everything will be ok, god-willing. My next U/S is 6/22 then we'll be released to the OB - yay!

Shu - Your two little ones are doing great! I'm so happy that they are continuing to grow strong to maybe make this pain worth it come December-January. Awesome they switched your fluids around a bit - I hope the changes help.

Lisa - I feel your tiredness. Anything I do takes effort whether it be grabbing my laptop to check emails or grab a pillow to get more comfy. Glad this go round of going back to work was easier - just don't fall asleep on the job!

Dee - how are you doing today?

Mouse---actually, my transfer was 3 days ago on Saturday.

What good news about all of the u/s! I can't wait to have my u/s!!!

Hey what does m/s stand for? I've read it on here in a couple of posts and I know it has something to do with symptoms (or I think it does) but can't figure it out. Of course, my brain has been mush lately with the meds and all!

So I'm not feeling much of anything at all. Not really any cramping or even any twinges or anything. I figured since implantation should be occuring now that I would feel something or have some spotting. Did any of you not feel anything really 3 days after transfer? I hope it's working!!!

So glad to hear everyone is doing good. And seeing babies! I have to wait till next Thursday...blah. (It makes the weeks/days go by so slow waiting for something).

Kay - I'm glad you got to see your little ones and ease your mind. for Baby B - Grow Baby Grow!!!

Amanda - At the time I may have thought I felt something, but realized it was my large ovaries. I don't remember feeling anything much else. Sorry. Don't worry. Don't read into anything too much. Your body has been through so much; meds, worry, stress, excitement, etc. You can't trust yourself anymore....I think that's why the 2ww sucks so much. You just don't know. I think you should call them to move your BETA up to the 2 weeks after your ER...I think your BETA is 2 weeks and a couple days from your ER. R U going to POAS?

Dee - how you doing?

schumachm---I'm glad you said that cause I woke up today feeling like AF was coming but I remember reading that early pregnancy can mimic AF like symptoms so hopefully that's good!

holi---my clinic does beta two weeks from ET...well what would have been a 3dt...but since I had a 5dt mine is 12 days from my ET. They always do it this way, I think so your beta is stronger when they first test it. I'm just gonna keep it on 6/18 cause that is my dad's birthday (who passed away 16 years ago) and my grandma's birthday (my dad's mom---she had him on her 30th bday) so I think that is a special day to find out! And YES I plan to poas! I did one yesterday and no line at all so I know for sure the trigger is out of my system (10 days past trigger). I had poas a couple of days before that and there was still a very faint line from trigger shot. I think I will poas again tomorrow. From what I have read, the placenta usually begins secreting hcg 6 days past a 5dt so that would be Friday for me.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Amanda - I didn't really have any symptoms during my 2ww either except I started having to get up in the middle of the night to pee. I think 6/18 sounds like a perfect date for your official beta. Since you plan to POAS, you'll have a good idea of the outcome before then. GL! You are now PUPO!

Bits - Can't wait to hear your u/s results. I agree that it's bittersweet to graduate to your OB. I really liked the OB that delivered my son, so I'll go to her again. She reminds me a lot of my Aunt who is an RN, which I think is one of the reasons I like her so much. Do you have an OB already or are still you looking?

Holi - When is your next scan? How long will you stay with your RE?

Kay - I'm waiting for instructions today on my progesterone. I hoping that my RE will let me go down to one shot a day (I've been doing two) and start one supository a day (instead of the second shot), if my levels look good. My clinic sees patients through the first trimester. I will continue progesterone and estrogen until week 12 when I graduate to my OB.

Bits - Good luck today!

Amanda - definitely keep 18th....good luck.

jdw - My next u/s is 6/18. I'll be 8 weeks and 4 days. I went on the 4th (6 weeks, 4 days) for my first one and would have been released to my regular ob/midwife then but my ovaries are still swollen and filled w/ fluid so the u/s tech at my RE's wanted to see me again.

Kay - I was told to stop my estrogen patches and my progesterone on June 4th, when I was 6 weeks and 4 days. They said everything on the u/s looked great and that I could stop taking them.

AFM - I called my regular ob office today to tell them I was preggo and schedule some appointments. They asked me when my last period was - Seriously...I don't know. I've been screwed with so much - does that really matter when you've gone through IVF? I have to go in on the 29th for a patient history appointment. HELLO -I've already done this...my RE's office can send you all the paperwork for me and DH. Do I really have to miss some work for this? The RE's office can also send them all my bloodwork and anything else you need. My first "real" appointment isn't till July 13th. I'll be 12 weeks then. Seems so far away. How does this work for everyone else?

Shannon - You are so lucky you were able to stop the progesterone shots. I have to do them until I am 9 weeks. I have my paperwork/bloodwork appointment with my ob's nurse on June 17. I then meet with my ob on July 5th. I was wishing it was sooner.

bit - Yeah, baby is doing well. that is very exciting.

JDW - I feel terrible that you have to take the shots and suppositories for so long. YUK! It is amazing how different all of our doctors are.

Dee - How have you been?

Bit- I am so happy to hear your good news.

Holi-Welcome to the world of ob. They are so unavailable and unwilling to do things outside of policy. My ob office does not see regular ob pat until they are 10-12 weeks, but see IVF pat as soon as they are released from RE. In my case my first appointment was at 4 weeks, because I was so sick. Did you tell them you are an IVF patient?

JDW-I am sorry you have to do the shots two times a day.

Arich-I hope time goes by fast for you.

AFM-I really don't know how long I will have to do p4 shots, but my butt is so damaged it is numb to the touch. At the hospital when they tried to give me phenergan shots it would run out. The doc said my tissue was so damaged that the meds could not absorb. My body punished me today for leaving the house yesterday.

JDW and Bits- Glad to hear the little one is doing so well!!!

Mouse any news? What is taking so long?

Schum- So are you feeling any better..like more under control? Why do they have you doing p4 shots?--- would think you would be on inserts.

Kay--- Sending Baby b some special growth dust
Amanda- even if you don't see a bfp on the stick you know you still could be ... I know you are way to early yet but- I never did get a BFP on a stick even day of beta!... Hope you do get to see it but just want to let you know they don't always work for everyone...so no matter what try to stay positive!!!

Angel - glad you are doing well.

Holi- June 18th is a Big Day- IT is also my first OB appointment and next u/s!

Graduate to ob after seeing heartbeat and that all is looking normal... keep doing progestrone supository (inserts sound better) 3 times a day until I see my ob and he says to stop. I think it is too much now.

I am continuing to have lots of m/s...all day... very very tired............................................. ...........and that was a little dry puke break there(tmi- but almost funny)
I am going to take a benedril tonight to try to get some sleep. Been up a lot at night dry puking(tmi). Today I had a long day and feel some cramping and is the first day I am a little concerned...that I might have over done it. I plan on taking it easy tomorrow. Anyone else dry puking? Does that mean I am dehydrated? Feeling really rough. Tomorrow I am going to try taking B6...need to get some tomorrow... ...............................another little break.
ohh..how much fun we are having.
