AFM: had my 4d u/s on monday and it was a wonderful expirience we got to see the girls faces they were moving all over the place. It was a great expirience to have an u/s that is not medical but more for fun. It was the best aniversary prestent me and dh could have given each other.On monday was our 7th year aniversary

cathie-my husband is a professional photographer in his spare time so it was as if we went somewhere to do it but much harder because he was in them. he wants to do more tonight but we will see what time he gets home tonight

Hallie, those are great pics! Thanks for sharing. It's nice to see a glimpse of the joy both you and your dh are feeling with the impending arrival of the LO.

Schumach, just what you need at this point in your life is being jerked around by the insurance company! I practiced insurance defense for a few years before coming to work at the court, and I hate insurance companies about as much as anybody. But what they are trying to do sounds very suspect to me. If insurance covers pregnancy, how you became pregnant should be irrelevant. If you have not already done so, I recommend that you contact your state's insurance commissioner. I would also see if any news or radio stations around have a consumer affairs advocate. Or I guess your dh should do it since it's not like you're in any shape to wage battle with insurance's "He Who Must Not Be Named."

Kathryn-I did a lot of research, and there have been a few cases brought over the matter of infertility, ohss and pregnancy. I followed the guidelines of winning cases, and threatened to go public. We got the letter today that they are going to pay. They told us we could not go public now because it was settled.

I can't do much more than to try to lay perfectly still and cry and pray now. The meds don't touch the nausea and vomiting. Everyday seems to last forever. The pain and misery is overwhelming, but I am trying not to complain. I want them to stay in as long as possible. I think of you all daily.

Eve - happy belated anniversary!

Hallie - yay on the great shower and great pix!

AFM, not much going on. DH painted the baby's room this weekend while I was out of town (isn't he great!!?) and it looks sooooo good! yay! I'm 18 weeks now and have my next appt next Thurs 11/19. I feel like my bladder is squished some days, mostly in the afternoon/evening. In the mornings I don't feel very pg (except for the belly!).

schum: That is so great about the insurance nothing like giving them a kick in the *** so they do what they have to do. Sorry to hear about the pain and the vomiting. You hang in there stay strong . Those twins are going to be born big strong and healthy . they are fighters just like their mom.

AFM: everything seems to be moving along. Some nights I have trubble sleeping because I feel like I have to gasp for air. Have my next obgyn apointment on friday

we are 37 weeks today eve know how you feel about gasping for air. guess i understand what people say about the end of the pregnancy. I'm just overall uncomfortable, feet/hands swollen, rachel is in the head down position but on the left side so its hard to sit down and cannot lean over I know I'm not but feel like I am pounding her head away. Have next ob appt on friday so get to see if i'm dialated at all or effaced, hope so. take care everyone!

Hi Ladies,

Hall-I hope you have some action going on down there. I delivered my first just a couple of days after my due date, but I went naturally. It was great, and virtually painless and fast. I am for an easy delivery for you.

Eve-Does your doc do vag u/s to measure your cervix everytime you go?

I hope everyone is doing great.

I got to go to hospital last week. I was vomiting too much blood, and pos urine for white blood cells. They really did not do anything so I hope my ob appointment tomorrow comes up with something. I am so sick. I am starting to panic a bit because I can't figure out how I am going to take care of twins, a two year old and my 7 year old. We are searching for someone to help, but no one wants to take on the job. I have not seen any baby stuff or their room in weeks, and my dh is so overwhelmed with work and school and doing everything his head is spinning. I wish I could just pass out and not worry or be in torture. I know somehow or someway this will all be great, but it is hard to see from my angel.
